Went to vacuum the car out. Worst possible vacuum ever. Total waste of money. No one there to refund my money. I gave up any went home to use my free shop vac.

The vacuums, the car wash stations are great. All equipment is excellent. The number one thing people look for is excellent customer service. However this place was without question missing that. The very first thing you arrive to, are immature and rude employees. And the last thing you drive out to is a couple of even more rude employees. Save yourself the time and money and drive block down Brodie to H20 Carwash. These guys, without a question, know what customer service and cleaning a vehicle is. Never spending a dime at Palms.

Cash, coins, and credit. Free vacuums. Simple and easy. Great people watching. Even a good truck if you don’t like the sonic next door. I spent $ 10 and gained a sense of accomplishment.
