I have used this firm, or their agents, multiple times. Most recently, Mr. Aguirre listed my home in Round Rock both for sale and for lease. I had tenants in the home already, and really wanted to find new tenants at higher rather than sell, but Mr. Aguirre convinced me that it would be in my best interest to market both and I’m glad I followed his advice. I received multiple offers for both rental and sale, making negotiation easier, especially with Mr. Aguirre’s guidance. Ultimately, I signed a new tenant, just as I wanted, paying almost $ 300 a month more than the previous tenant and he negotiated 3 months paid in advance, which really helped. I will use this company again when I need another tenant or it is time to sell.
