History

Established in 2014.

The Law Offices of Tarrant & Gilbreth, PLLC is based on the belief that our client’s needs are of the utmost importance. Our office is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, many of our clients are referrals.

Mark Tarrant and Kari L. Gilbreth are both seasoned attorneys with 35+ years of combined experience. They joined together at the beginning of 2014 and have had great success thus far.

We offer affordable services because we know how important this area of law is, and we want to make sure people are prepared for life.

One thing that sets us apart is our willingness to meet you at your preferred location. That may be your home, office, retirement center or assisted living facility; we are flexible with regards to meeting location.

Business Owner

Mark Tarrant has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1986. He received his Doctorate degree in Jurisprudence from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1984.

Mr. Tarrant has worked as a mental health therapist in the late 70’s, in house counsel for national corporations in the 80’s and 90’s, Sole Practitioner in the early 2000’s and became bi-​vocational in 2006 when he was ordained as a Presbyterian minister through the Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. Additionally, Mr. Tarrant worked as a hospital Chaplain in the Seton health care system for a year.

His law practice focuses on Elder Law issues, Estate Planning, Guardianship matters, Real Estate as well as court ad Litem appointments.
