As a Realtor, I’ve closed a lot of transactions with a lot of title companies. Some were good, some less so, but my experiences with Kim Lowe’s office has been stellar every time. Their response times to every inquiry have been very fast (sometimes even late on a Friday night, when I expected no answers to my questions until Monday morning!), their work is solid and punctual, Kim and Rhonda never fail to make my clients comfortable and at home (not something my clients usually report feeling after closing in a more corporate environment). I have been so happy with Kim’s work that I chose her to close my own home purchase and later, my refinance. When I close with this office, I always feel like I’m dealing with a truly local business… because I am. Keep up the good work, ladies!

My husband and I have used Kim Lowe for a variety of real estate transactions over the last ten years — refinancing our home, renegotiation of a broker agreement, advising a tenant property damage dispute, negotiating and drafting a dissolution of co-​lease agreement and drafting lease and sublease contracts.
