Specialties
We offer elevated Texas cuisine. We source our ingredients locally, and we make all of our dishes completely from scratch. That means it contains no artificial preservatives or processed foods. Our menu changes at the beginning of every month to reflect what’s in season. Most of our dishes are Texas classics with a gourmet spin, and occasionally we offer international dishes reimagined around local, Texas ingredients.
History
Established in 2014.
We started serving customers in April of 2014. We started the businesses primarily out of our own savings while raising some supplemental cash through an Indiegogo campaign. From the outset, the Ginger Armadillo has been designed around ethical, commonsense business practices. Our number one priority is our employees, and being a positive force in the Austin economy.

The Ginger Armadillo says,
«We have been working with Rogness since we first started. Their beers are a recurring inspiration for our menu items.»
