I can’t say enough amazing things about Danny Gallant! My husband and I were moving from Fort Worth to Austin and he made the transition seamless. He was remarkably fast with returning phone calls, emails and made the contracting portion extremely smooth. In addition, the home inspector he suggested was very thorough and took the time to review all of our questions prior to going to contract. The house we purchased had a pool and we did run into some push back from the seller on a few points regarding that. Danny was able to successfully facilitate all of the repairs we wanted and even chipped in to cover some of the pool insurance with the other realtor. Danny Gallant came highly recommended by friends who used him multiple times in the in Round Rock area. When contemplating the sale of our first home, there was never a question were we would turn. My wife and I called Danny initially to see what recommendations he might have about moving up to a second home. Our first being a spec home we stumbled into 11 years ago, the process of selling /​buying was rather new and we had a LOT of questions. He was very patient and walked us through all aspects of our situation and gave us the tools to make the right decision without pressuring in any way. He even recommended a Mortgage Broker with whom we met with prior to listing. Again, Danny’s recommendation (The Nelm’s Group/​Cesar Favela) was incredible.
We decided to move forward and Danny’s attention to detail shone through. When the house hit the market we had a TON of traffic. Danny had an on-​line tool allowing us to see viewer feedback that was very helpful and let us know how the house was showing. Even the flyers Danny produced blew away other homes for sale in our subdivision. The quality level was a night and day difference. It came as no surprise we sold quickly and had multiple offers.
Our second home was a new construction and Danny was there every step of the way ~ AND SAVED US THOUSANDS! There were even a couple times when I was totally satisfied only to have Danny tell me to hold on while he continued to negotiate… And saved us thousands more! Wow! Totally incredible to say the least… We are now in our dream home and don’t think it would have all been possible without Danny. The money he saved allowed us to furnish our new home beyond our wildest expectations.
Danny’s professionalism is beyond reproach. The constant availability, patience, on-​line tools, and people he recommends tell us he takes his job and his reputation seriously. Heck, he even helped us find a great CPA!

As excited as I was to move back to Austin, I was not looking forward to the first step in that direction, which was finding a realtor. This wouldn’t be my first house, meaning I’d hired a few before Mr. Danny Gallant, and in all honesty, I was starting to get a negative vibe about the profession in general. The pattern I was seeing was quantity over quality — get as many clients as possible, and do the bare minimum to keep them.
Fortunately for me, I found Danny. And where did I find Danny? On Unilocal,of course. I love this site.
I started with his website — filled out a form asking for general information — and received a call back from him within a couple of hours. He made it clear from the very beginning that he wanted my business and he would do whatever it took to get it, and he proved it repeatedly over the course of our time together. He sent over a list of houses for me to check out based on my requirements within a day or so, and worked closely with me to revise repeatedly.
I was on a tight timeframe — I was only going to have one trip — 4 days in Austin to find my house and that was it, I needed him to guarantee availability. Not the whole time, of course — I knew he had other clients — but enough for me to see several houses each day, which he said he’d do and he did. He was quite flexible, too — I started off in one area in one price range, and moved both around each day. We were emailing each other new houses and crossing others off late, late at night. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better service.
So anyway, we found a house. Ha! I said ‘we’. that’s how it felt. Corny, I know, but I don’t care, that’s how it felt — we were a team. Each property we looked at, he played it just right — hung back, let me get my own impression, answered any questions I had, then pointed out all sorts of things I hadn’t thought about, but totally needed to know.
And then, that month — the option period, the inspection, all that stuff — it’s hard enough when you’re in town, but remotely it can be a real bear. But Danny, he handled it all, going above and beyond my expectations. And now that it’s all over, he’s going to throw me a house warming party, he does it for all his clients, how cool is that? We’re waiting for the weather to warm up a bit so we can take advantage of the backyard, but how cool is that? I can’t wait!
