ya it’s «nice» it’s not fucking worth the $ 200 extra dollars a month. Mainly why I would say don’t live here is the maintenance. I know that sounds like such a minor part of an apartment, especially in West Campus, but I am about half way through my lease and still haven’t received a working mail key. Requests aren’t heard and as far as I’m concerned, if your toilet breaks you’re stuck with it unless you want to pay a private plumber here. Basically fuck this place. It’s run by imbeciles and not worth the fact that you’re probably paying way more than you should.

While the condo we leased is absolutely to-​die-​for gorgeous, The place definitely has it’s flaws. Our kitchen has had some unexplainable floods that took a few days for maintenance to check out. The pet deposit for a domesticated cat (if you even get approved) is 500 bucks. Management is rude and unorganized and deceitful. When we signed our pre-​lease we were told electricity normally runs less than 100, while our bill has been closer to 300. Overall, It’s a nice place, and I like my condo, but it’s just not worth the steep price we are paying. There are better deals if you keep searching.
