John Wallace Blunt, Jr. has thirty years of experience in commercial real estate including brokerage, property management and the valuation of commercial, industrial, special purpose and residential properties as well as appraisal review. John is a designated CCIM member. He is a designated senior member with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and he is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. John passed all four modules of the General Comprehensive Examination and has met all of the experience requirements for the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute.
