Thank goodness we had a gift card. Things started off okay. Our waitress Abbey seemed friendly enough at first. Then the problems started. My husband and I ordered frozen margaritas with no kicker. When the margaritas arrived, mine was on the rocks(costs $ 1 more and we were charged that $ 1, I found out on the way home). I smiled apologetically and told her it was supposed to be frozen and she went to get a «new» one. No big deal. Then I realized my husband’s had a kicker in it and two more things happened when she returned with my frozen drink. She apologized to HIM for the drink mistake, not even making eye contact with me. And it was clear that, rather than making a fresh drink like the health code I am sure requires, they had scooped out the ice and put frozen margarita on top. How else to explain garnish fruit buried under the frozen margarita and why the sangria was still liquid on the bottom? And both margaritas were half foam. But we let it pass. Our salads came and we were happy to see they were more than just bowls of lettuce. So far so good. Then the waitress again asked my husband whether I was done with my salad and never made eye contact with me. Then the food came, but the appetizers didn’t. My «loaded» sweet potato was covered in marshmallows, which I did not realize would be the case, but that was a misunderstanding on my part. Would have been fine if the potato had been properly cooked, but it was not. The chicken fried chicken was tasty, though I was thankful the gravy was on the side because it was not. My husband’s regular potato was half raw. A manager came and let us know our appetizers would be free since we had to wait. Which we thought was unnecessary at first, but were happy about later because they were half grease anyway. Abbey then proceeded to look at my husband, who had barely any food left(while I had food left on both my plates) to ask about a to go box, ignore me when I said I needed a box and only listen to him about whether we needed one — and handed HIM the box when she brought it. We will not be back. Our meat and our salads were literally the only things that weren’t a problem and the waitress’s attitude was the ultimate in rudeness. Haven’t been there in 10 yrs and won’t be back for another 10.

Great service — fast seating for our party of 10! I was a little reluctant to go here because of the peanut garbage on the floor but it wasn’t a problem. My niece and nephew loved the idea of eating peanuts and throwing the shells on the ground — something about making a mess freely I suppose. Everyone loved their food and was full and happy!

We love this place. We normally get the 6oz sirloin special cooked medium with sauteed mushrooms and they have a lot of great sides as well. The bread is amazing and you get unlimited amounts. They also have peanuts for you to eat while you are waiting.

Veterans Day special was not as advertised and staff really didn’t seem to care when asked about it! I get the feeling that they aren’t so veteran friendly here! I will not be going for a free meal or spending my money throughout the year here! You just lost a good customer due to your lack of care for this Veteran /longtime customer!

Came in for Veterans Day lunch with 7 other veterans and current law enforcement personnel. Arrived at 11:00 and checked my party in with Macy at the front counter. I was informed it would be a 30 minute wait but we were the only ones in the waiting room so we did not mind. Droves of people arrived and checked in after us. Time ticked by as we watched people we had seen arrive and checkin… were now being seated. An hour we waited before giving up at 12.(we had a 1300 class and would not have made it by that point) Very disappointed.

No stars from me. Ordered food to go. They forgot some sides and neglected to mention the«house made cream gravy» for the chicken fried sirloin has bacon bits in it. I love bacon but not on my chicken fried steak. Unilocal won’t let you review unless you leave at least one star…

The quality is consistent here. The dinner rolls & cinnamon butter are oh-so-good but dangerously high in calories. I enjoyed a very moist salmon filet this evening, with a delectable baked sweet potato on the side. I could easily repeat this meal again & again!

I have been here 4 times with my family. Omg, the warm bread with cinnamon butter is really good! I always get full off of it and can never finish my meal. This place has good quality meat for a very reasonable price! Obviously not a fine dining experience but it is better than outback steakhouse! The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because the waitress had major attitude when I asked for more water or napkins. She also kept asking if I wanted to add extra things onto my meal and when I said no, she would rolls her eyes or sigh. I know you want bigger tip from a bigger bill, but your attitude won’t give you more money.

They’re everywhere. What can I say that hasn’t been said already? I have never had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse. On this occasion my mother treated me to lunch. She told me to get what I want. So I did. I got the 12 oz. Ribeye. Smothered with Onions and Mushrooms. with a Loaded Sweet Potato on the side. I call that dessert. It was all

Tonight we had Anthony with a «Y», as our server. Anthony was kind and sincere. It was a full house tonight and so food was taking a little longer than usual but Anthony kept us informed as to what was going on in the kitchen and giving us good guestimates on when our food would be ready. He was pretty good with his times. In the meantime, he was engaging and kept our drinks full. Food takes longer to come out of the kitchen on busy nights, and that can’t be avoided but what a server does while you wait is critical. Anthony, I think gets this innately.

This is the first time I don’t order chicken wings or chicken tenders. I actually had their grilled chicken breast, cooked perfectly, topped with plenty of grilled onions and plenty of delicious mushrooms! They give you your choice of white or brown gravy for dipping, I chose the brown, and it was great. The side Cesar salad was delicious and so were the buttered green beans with bacon pieces, yes bacon! The service was excellent and try the sangria margarita, not bad, and on your way out go to the barrel of peanuts and fill it with the bag provided.

Called an hour early for«call ahead» seating and requested a table over a booth due to a mobility impaired family member. Upon arrival we were offered a booth. After telling the hostess that would not work we were given a beeper and told to wait. No apology even after the hostess saw the request for a table on her screen. After waiting 20 minutes I approached a different hostess and was told that it’s just a waiting list and again no apology. The food has usually been good here but I won’t be back anytime soon.

I’m sorry to write this but quality has gone. My friend order a steak and it tasted and looked old, like reheated from the day before. My side of veggies was so dry :( Only the peanuts tasted the same. I don’t think I’ll be back soon.

My boyfriend and I come here several times a month, it has never been a bad experience, the waiters are always very kind, the food is fantastic and cooked exactly as requested. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was their ability to host a large party that is seated together. I called 2 hours before planning on being there for 11 people for my birthday. We showed up a little early and they sat us in an awkward spot, pushing two different shaped tables up against a booth. Good thing we all knew each other cause we definitely got a little close with that meal! Other than that they have always been spot on and I highly recommend them!

7 years ago, we came here often. They offer endless peanuts. Sometimes I ate too much peanuts and couldn’t finish my entrée at all. We like to order baby back ribs and steak here every time. The baked sweet potato takes good.

Let me preface this by saying that I hate giving bad reviews. I am not the type of person who gets their kicks by nitpicking everything when trying a new place. We had plans today to eat lunch downtown but the weather was miserable and prevented that so we chose here only because we had a gift card. My husband had been to their Dallas locations but this was my first time. I figured it would be exactly like Logan’s since the menu and inside are almost identical. I don’t love Logan’s by any means, but their food is okay. Our experience today however made Logan’s look like a Ruth Chris. The only part of the meal I enjoyed were the soft rolls with cinnamon butter. I orderd the 6oz sirloin, medium, with a side salad and baked sweet potato and my husband ordered a catfish plate with fries. The salad was sad. The vegetables clearly had been prepped much earlier in the day(if not a few days before) and put into a fridge to keep chilled because they were less than fresh. The baked sweet potato was mushy and swimming in oil. The steak is what really did me in. It was cooked to a well done grey for one thing. And secondly, more than half of it was fat and gristle. At 6oz(the smallest size they offer) I expect to at least get a piece of all edible meat. My husband got 3 pieces of fried catfish on his plate and only ate a quarter of one. He said they tasted freezer burnt if not past their expiration date. When the waitress came over to see that we had stopped eating with almost all of our food still left on our plates, she asked if we wanted to go bags to which we promptly said no thank you. She ended up comping my husbands food but leaving my steak on the bill after I took maybe 3 bites of it, not to mention left over half of my potato untouched. I also want to point out that the whole time we were there staff members and managers were at a neighboring table eating and talking on their phones. It wasn’t busy, but in my 8 years of waitressing I was never allowed to sit and eat in front of customers because it doesn’t look professional. That’s why there were designated break tables in the back near the kitchen but not here. Here they clearly have a no care attitude, and they seem to feel the same way about their food. This was truly one of the worst meals I can remember having in quite a while.
