This review is long overdue. I joined THCU a little over a year ago. I have a saving, checking, master card and auto loan with them. Josh (my loan officer) is amazing.
They are one small branch so it can be a little challenging at times but once you get used to using the affiliate branches most of those issues become non-​issues. You don’t have the convenience of larger banks extended hours but you don’t have the extra fee’s or the random people who don’t know you or care about your problems either.
With THCU when you call to resolve an issue that you have they jump on it as if you were calling a friend that you have that happens to work at the bank.
Today I called to stop payment on a check after I had been defrauded. I spoke with Christie and she emailed me the forms I needed. I emailed them back and the money was back in my account within two hours. No hassle, no problems and she was willing to communicate with me via email for my convenience. This is just one of several stories I have about this bank.
There is something about doing business with a place that has the «norm» from cheers feel. This place has it.

THCU ROCKS! I have been a member for about 20 years and they always catch my back. I couldn’t do with out them!!! Pull your money out of those silly banks and bring it to THCU! They honestly care about their customers like family. :)
