Chris w. Is right, the address listed is the correct address. It is a free museum, so don’t expect it to be like the Texas Ranger museum in Waco. It has some really interesting items demonstrating how far law enforcement technology has prigrrssed. Extremely veteran cops will probably remember using some of the equipment on display, if their memory is good. For a free museum it was

Small and free museum located in the lobby of the main DPS building on N Lamar. Good collection of some old guns from a collection as well as historical equipment, uniforms and photos. A quick stop but worth it.
