I hate to give a bad review to a small business, but my cheesesteak was tasteless on a stale bun. Disappointing.

My never-​ending quest for great cheesesteaks continues! After the #19 Bus moved or shut down, I was at a loss for decent cheesesteaks in Austin. Texadelphia is gross, so I was delighted when I noticed this new food truck going up at 5th and Colorado.
The cheesesteak is served traditional Philly style, with nacho cheese instead of provolone or swiss like other places. The taste is good, but I like my steak a little more on the crispy side. I’ll definitely be going back to try again.
