Full disclosure: I didn’t end up completing the program because a. I completely burnt out on it, and b. after much thought, I determined that law school was not for me.
That said, I experienced the majority of the program’s three stages — lectures, workshops, and practice tests/​speed drills. Amanda and Randall, who run the program, are hardcore about the LSAT. Like, it appeared that their lives revolved around the test… not only do they administer the program, they have studied practically every LSAT that has ever been issued, down to identifying patterns and analyzing data in spreadsheets. They can probably tell you anything you ever wanted to know about the LSAT, and more… definitely more. They’ve been working with future test-​takers for a while, at least a decade, and have the process of prepping down to a formula. Randall also previously worked for Kaplan as a tutor and regularly talked shit about that program’s shortcomings.
Not only were they knowledgeable, but they were personable — they cursed openly, made analogies about crackheads on the street (you’ll understand if you take the course), (lovingly) teased students, and so on. They are hip to the vernacular of the young folks and connect well with them, no BS.
That said… I personally couldn’t handle the program. One of the first things I learned is that learning how to properly, successfully take the LSAT takes time. You can’t learn everything you need to know AND use that knowledge to your benefit by studying for only a few weeks or a month. This program is built on that philosophy and as a result is REALLY demanding — they basically expect you to live and breathe the LSAT. I was one of the outliers in the program’s student body — most of my peers had just graduated from one of the local universities and had the whole summer (I took the summer course) ahead of them to immerse themselves fully in LSAT, all day every day. I, on the other hand, am a few years out of undergrad, with a graduate degree, and at the time I had a full-​time, emotionally draining job. The program is built so that you initially have long lectures multiple times a week and then homework, and then other activities follow, including taking a deluge of practice tests. You are expected to be present in the office to do «home“work, which can take hours, especially if you need help and are one of 30 other people at the office needing help, and after lectures comes another phase of the class where you’re expected to be present in the office at least 4 – 6 times a week, if not every day. This isn’t just my own inability to learn things that’s talking — they will literally tell you that you’re expected to be there very often.
I consider myself to be a pretty organized person, but I could not for the life of me figure out how to manage my time while taking this course. I was working, then rushing to the office to try and squeeze even more drops of energy out of myself, and in my time away from the office I was trying to memorize concepts on flash cards. I also panicked a lot about falling behind, which I eventually did. When I did put in the effort and showed up regularly and asked questions, I received a lot of valuable support and information from Randall, Amanda, and some of the ancillary tutors they bring in. I was definitely improving my capabilities, but I wasn’t cramming the information into my head quickly enough. I admit this is my own fault, despite my many efforts at trying to get my shit together — all I’m saying is, this course asks a lot of its students, and at times I thought the expectations were unreasonable. Randall told a story about a former student who was «sucking at the LSAT» until she lost her job and was able to come in more often, resulting in better work. He spoke as though this was a positive thing, which is a bit crazy to me.
The main thing about the program I have a serious qualm with is the paternalistic attitude. I felt like I was treated like a child at some points — maybe that’s my experience in the workforce and being out of school talking. I had to consciously remind myself that I CHOSE to take this class and extract useful information that met my needs out of it — I wasn’t paying them to change my lifestyle or grade me on my participation or progress skills, which is often what it felt like. Randall often acted disappointed when I or other students didn’t meet the program’s exact benchmarks or behavior expectations… the only man whose disappointment I respect is my father.
So, enter this program wisely. Although I didn’t end up taking the LSAT, I know that if I had fit better into the program I would have done well on it. But, you have to consider whether enduring the program is worth compromising your mental health and personal and professional lives.

Randall and Amanda are amazing. The nearly unlimited support and guidance was invaluable. I took Craplan before my first LSAT. Randall and Amanda raised my score by 10 points!

These people dedicate all they can to help their students.
They are amazing.

if you follow what they say you will do well on your lsat. they dont only help you with the test. they help you with youre life during the time. they also give you help after during the app process.
They are not a corporate based/​big service that treats everyone like another number. They truly care about their students and their success. If you are willing to work, they will give everything they can to make sure you achieve the best score on your lsat.
A lot of my friends are going to law school. They never had this kind of service available to them. If you have the chance to use them, you should. You’re chances will be way better.

These guys (Randall and Amanda) are so bad they had to change their name to something no one can even remember — and they did that on purpose IMHO.

Randall and Amanda are the masters of the LSAT. Hands down.
Best bang for your buck and they are real, genuine people.
