Doubled-up hand made corn tortillas are awesome here. Grilled store bought flour tortillas are just your standard affair. Tacos are $ 2 each, you can also add on cheese, avocado, nopales, to any taco for extra. They just have one salsa, your normal creamy jalapeño(taco deli dona for reference). Tacos I have tried: Tripa: 10/10, perfect level of chewy with fried edges, my favorite meat from here Migas: 9/10, uses fried pieces of their own corn tortilla, awesome Lengua 8/10, would prefer it cooked longer on the grill but it’s still a nice texture Bistek, 6/10, kind of soupy but ok I guess Al pastor 5/10, really dry and stringy, nope

They now have a new truck with a printed out menu. The prices for the breakfast tacos have gone up, I was charged $ 2 for a breakfast taco… even though the menu said $ 1.75. The Taco was still delicious though!

Not a bad little trailer. Bring cash. Repeat your order a few times if needed.(And likely will). Got burrito wrong, but it was still good. Not fond of the egg, which is why I rarely get it… but it was a mistake. I suppose. Over all a great flavor. The salsa was killer good. The lady was super nice and it didn’t take that long. Its in a god spot. We needed more options there on metric. I’ll be back. As I’ve take a turn with my eating habits, on t as frequently as I may like… but I will be back. Place sits in the lot of the Shell station across from Jr’s. Metric and Cedar Bend. Stop by, try it out. Its worth it. Cash only. Green sauce will set you on fire! I promise.
