SCAMS you out of money, claims he is a contractor, and does not finish job.
His workers used no levels and had no ladders and my roof was 11 and a half feet in height.
Prince Joseph the owner kept asking his workers how to frame a wall. I bought all the materials he said I would need but then his workers said I could not put in a pocket door in a 52 inch by 7 ft space. His workers also used 2 inch nails to frame out this exact wall and to nail the ½ inch insulpanel on the interior ceiling then the half inch plywood and now there is a gap in between the plywood and the insulpanel. I then had to go to the hardware store twice to return pocket door and other extra material I did not need due to him not knowing how to calculate how much I actually needed. He did not want to fix what his workers had somewhat already done. He took off with my money and is now on to his next victim.
