Specialties

Swift’s Attic’s cuisine is influenced by a passion for farm to table offerings billed as «Modern American Small Plates» with a focus on the creative, whimsical and delicious. The bar features a meticulously selected craft beer selection as well as eclectic wine list, and creative cocktails. Swift’s Attic is open for Dinner, Lunch and Sunday Brunch! Exec Chef Mat Clouser and Pastry Chef Callie Speer have both recently been nominated for Food and Wine: People’s Best New Chef (Southwest) and People’s Best New Pastry Chef (Central) respectively in recognition of their skilled stylings at Swifts Attic.

History

Established in 2012.

Started by C.K. Chin and Stuart Thomajan both with experience in some of Austin’s finest restaurants (Uchi, Paggi House, Kenichi) the two decided to venture out and open their own.
