Susie is awesome. I was relocated to Austin and asked her to find me a house that was likely to appreciate in value and she certainly accomplished that (house value has gone up about 25 to 30 percent since I bought it).
Since I didn’t know much about Austin’s neighborhoods it was also very helpful to have her steer me away from some deals and towards others. 8 years later, I’m very happy with the house she helped me purchase and I love my neighborhood.
It’s worth mentioning that I made this poor woman take me though a TON of houses before we finally found one I liked. She was patient and fun to work with throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.
