Established in 2015.

Sukha Yoga Austin is a locally owned celebrated yoga studio, teacher training center, and lounge offering lifestyle essentials, gifts, meditation accessories, jewelry, and other goodness, complementary tea and good vibes.

Born out of a vision to create a heart centered space to grow, share, connect, and be yourself. We imagine you practicing yoga at Sukha as a way to stretch, strengthen, rinse not only your body, but your heart and mind. Each teacher holds space for you to be challenged (sometimes through sweat and other times to self inquiry), to play, to heal, to be part of something big and beautiful, so you can head into your day and offer a little sunshine to the world.

Business Owner

Erinn Lewis, Mother, yogi, mover, shaker, rebel, and lover of all things wild and free is the co-​director of Sukha Yoga Austin, located in the heart of 78 704. Sukha embodies Erinn’s vision of saying yes to life, love, and community. She is one of Austin’s most celebrated vinyasa and yin teachers.

I took a class here with Classpass while I was on work travel. It was a nice class! Combination of vinyasa and yin yoga, it was nice and relaxing (I liked the candlelight), the teacher was fantastic. I wasn’t crazy about the stone floors (hard and cold) but the studio itself was nice. There is a large selection of merchandise out front and some comfy couches to sit on while you wait. Free mats and props if you forgot yours, and parking out front!

I went to Sukha 4 days in a row and took a variety of classes, while in Austin for a trip. I’ve traveled all over the country and taken yoga in many locations, but this place was hands down the best experience ever. I love Sukha!

I took 2 classes here with ClassPass and really enjoyed it. As a previous Wanderlust member, I was attracted to a studio that didn’t have mirrors. (If you’ve never done a full yoga session with your eyes closed you are missing out, my friends.) I think mirrors are distracting and create an unnecessary comparison with your fellow yogis. The studio is gorgeous and accommodating with tea and a lounge area.
The first class I took was a challenge since I hadn’t been to a yoga class in 5 months, but I left feeling like I had a brain massage– which is why I love yoga. I’m very much a Pitta and yoga cools my flames. I’m hoping to join in the near future!

I wish I could give this studio a million stars and I am not exaggerating. Sukha has lovely people, a beautiful space, and is super clean. You will just have to go in and meet Erinn, because then you will understand just how wonderful it really is. It’s good for beginners like me all the way to people who can pop a hand stand and all of that tricky business. :)

This is my new yoga home! Erinn is simply a lovely human being and her studio is a reflection of that. Wonderful, fun teachers and a gorgeous space/​boutique. It’s a very accepting and inspiring environment in which to practice. Come prepared to sweat, to stretch, to melt, and to laugh. I always leave with in a better mood. I can’t wait to try the Lotus Flow/​Fly classes. :)

Upon walking into the studio, you will be greeted with a warm welcome. Try to arrive early so you have time to check out their lovely boutique before class! They offer yoga mats, blocks, candles & apparel, including super cute Sukha tanks!
I started my Sunday off with Sukha Flow with Erinn and it was such a delight. I left grounded & centered. The flow was certainly challenging, but Erinn was great to offer guidance and help. The studio was so warm, welcoming and inspiring, and so was the staff.
They offer a great variety of classes, and I’m certainly looking forward to exploring their other offerings. I can’t wait to meet the rest of the instructors and experience what they have to offer.
