Description

Specialties

We offer personal training, group training, kickboxing, and nutrition. You chart your fitness course. We’ll be the compass.

We stand apart from the rest. We will take the information that you give to us in your initial consultation and actually set the program up for YOU. This program, whether it is personal, group, or a boot camp will start on a level of fitness that is best for you, then the intensity will progress to a higher level as you get more comfortable with each work out. Everything is set up for YOU, this is not a generic program that everyone does the same thing all the time.

We can help with various individual workout options or you can take advantage of strength in numbers. Our group training classes are packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who’ll inspire and push you.

History

Established in 2013.

When I started personal training in Austin, I trained at Fitness 19 and after six months I was promoted to Fitness Manager. I eventually left Fitness 19 to start my own fitness company. I started personal training at the PFTA school studio. I taught personal training class for people who want to become personal trainers and group instructors. I am a personal trainer now and my wife and I own STRIVE to be FIT llC. Our mission is to «Create overall fitness».

Fitness has always been a part of my life, I love helping people achieve their goals! I work hard and love to see people work hard as well. When I was 14 I was in a jet-ski accident involving my best friend and I. I almost lost my leg. The doctors were able to save my leg by inserting a titanium rod and 4 bolts in my femur bone. That experience really showed me to cherish what we have and never expect things to be handed to you. Before getting into personal training I helped friends get in shape. For years I went to school searching for what I really wanted to do in life. I tried nursing, then EMT school, then phlebotomy school. Every time it really came down to it fitness is what makes me happy, (helping people get in shape, stay healthy, and out of the hospital).
