State Inspector

Lesson learned, I should have read the Unilocal reviews before I took my vehicle here. The only reason we brought our vehicle here because we were in a time crunch and the usual place we would go to for our oil changes and inspection was really backed up. One of the «gentlemen» who checked us in and performed the inspection was very rude and condescending. The way he treated me was like I had just said something negative about his mother, or I was in fact the biggest idiot that ever walked in those doors. The other guy that checked us out was very thin and frail, and was shaking, sweating and seemed nervous like he had been using methamphetamines throughout the past few days straight. I felt bad for the poor guy. Now we were in and out of there in a timely manner, but if you’re looking for a more pleasant customer service experience I recommend you go somewhere else.

the man who «inspected» my car, was extremely rude, constantly using profanity. Then he claimed his machine wasn’t working and pulled my car out, closing the bay door in my face basically, do not go here if you want your vehicle inspected.

Bad attitude towards customers! Don’t bother going to this place unless ur cars are in good shape. When ur car has issue guy won’t help you what to do. Just bad!

I bring all of my vehicles here. Company and personal. They are quick and efficient get me in and out faster than anyone else. Everyone is always nice and smiling. I try to only spend my money with a local business.

This place was SHADY. Not only that, but I get here and there are several people waiting and no one in the office. I spotted a man who seemed to be in charge, directing cars. I ask him what I need to do and he mumbles something and points to the office. I go back into the empty office, noticing a bag full of empty beer cans just sitting in the middle of the floor. I waited and waited and waited some more before giving up and leaving. Sad thing is the men waiting seemed to be getting more service and actual communication. This place definitely lost potential business and I recommend you look elsewhere for a place to inspect your vehicle.

I went here yesterday after work to get my state inspection and they were fast and friendly. The owner Glen was very professional and did not try to upsell me at all. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes.

I have been here many times and they are always fast to get you in and out. Brad (Neel) used to run the place and it is now run by his friend, who is just as friendly and polite. He commented that If I had anything wrong with my car (such as a check engine light) at all to bring it by and let him look at it. If he is not busy he said he could and may be able to fix it. State Inspections are $ 27.50 now and he prefers CASH but can take credit card if you want to pay a service fee.
