I love Starbucks and I’m posting this review because this is possibly the most inefficiently managed one I’ve ever been to. Seriously been waiting for freaking ever for my drink. They’ve already messed it up once. But yet they’re pumping out the drive thru ones like no prob. There’s like nobody in the store and I’ve been waiting 10+ minutes. They’ve abandoned my drink I see… Or rather don’t see. Anyone working on it. I wanna post this so management sees so they can tighten up their ship. There is absolutely no reason why a Starbucks should be running this terribly.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful and our food was toasted perfectly! It was a very busy morning but the staff held it together and worked together well! Best Starbucks I’ve been to!

Like any other Starbucks with great coffee made to order but the parking lot makes me want to drive on and find another. Why didn’t I? I must have caffeine. NOW!

This is my main café. I can’t really refer to it as «my coffee joint» as I don’t drink coffee. So instead… it’s a café to me. I like their tea and pastries! The layout is good and the wifi is reliable. The location is in a nice newer development in a sketch area of South East Austin. It’s close to where I live and the staff are really nice. I love coming here and working or just for a quick pick-me-up!

Come here weekly, great quality: consistently! The design is sleek and fresh. Call me crazy but I feel focused and ready to work when I sit on the padded bench at a table. Love love love this local!

I’ve been saying for a year that East Riverside needs a Starbucks. Apparently, the coffee gods heard me. First, I’ll talk about service. I’ve been several times since they opened, and the employees are incredibly cheerful. Each time I leave, I feel like they were incredibly happy to have me there. Orders are always fast and accurate. The interior is clean and modern. There’s nothing much to differentiate it from other Starbucks locations. It does have a larger seating area than most and plenty of pastry shelves and refrigerated drinks. Overall, this is a great location. When it comes to Starbucks, I tend to compare them based on the level of service and the atmosphere. This one is among the best I have been to.

It took awhile for Starbucks to come to the E. Riverside/Oltorf area. Before they even open I had my coffee at the Buzz Mill. It’s a smaller coffee place than the other Starbucks. It’s a bit more modern than the other Starbuck locations I’ve been to. In many ways it was almost similar to the Starbucks in the W Hotel. It does have a drive thru. Good service here and they have a lot more sandwiches and pastries. The have two refrigerated shelves — one for the water and juices along with the other one with sandwiches. Then they have the display case with the pastries and more sandwiches.

Sweet new spot! Like a smaller 3rd St. location… sleek design, Clover machine and full line of Reserve blends. About a dozen tables, several with some comfy looking couches. Normal number of outlets and drive thru. Official opening is Tuesday April 7, but today(April 6) it’s free drink & food from 5 – 7 pm!
