Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have lots of DVDs and audio books, and using the website to reserve books and have them sent there is so convenient! I love my library!

The staff at Southeast Austin Community Branch have always been friendly and helpful, and now recognize me because I semi-​regularly have a large number of books on hold. They were also quick about helping me get charges removed from my account that I believed were a mistake. I haven’t spent a lot of time browsing since I usually just reserve books online, but they seem to have a pretty decent selection for a branch location.
The only reason I don’t give it five stars is that it’s located right next to a school and it can be kind of annoying dealing with the kids when they get out of class and loiter on the premises.
