Started in 2006, our North Texas company continues to grow rapidly because of our commitment to providing home security packages that enhance convenience, improve security, and increase energy efficiency. Smith Monitoring® has been recognized by Inc. Magazine for two consecutive years as one of the fastest growing private companies in the Nation. We credit this success to our ability to meet and exceed expectations with exceptional customer service.

Since our inception, we have chosen not to practice high-​pressure or door-​to-​door sales and we continue to stay true to these values to this day. A large majority of our customers are referred by existing customers who have already experienced Smith Monitoring®. By placing our focus on our customers we can provide exactly what is being looked for in a home security system on an individual basis.

Smith Monitoring® is a family owned home security company that values families, homes, and their safety. We take the time to understand each customer’s needs so that they are provided with the security system that they want for the price that’s right for their budget.

At Smith Monitoring®, we don’t just believe in caring for customers; we believe in caring for people. That is why we contribute a portion of our annual proceeds to humanitarian projects around the world.
