Because our design process is collaborative and draws on the different skills and experience of each team member, our shareholders represent a variety of specializations in Architecture, Interior Design, Tenant Development, Schematic Design, Project Management, Programming and Pre-​Design. This ensures senior professional expertise in all stages of each project, readily available internal design resources and stability throughout the design and construction process.

It’s an advantage our clients have come to rely on and provides most of the services and expertise of a giant firm without the inherent expense and protracted time lines.

After all we became design professionals because we love what we do – designing and building client solutions beyond the confines of walls and substrate.

Where we have been… Where we are going.

As a sixteen-​year old, fifteen person architectural + interiors firm, Sixthriver Architects is currently ranked as the third largest Interior Architecture /​Interior Design Firm in Austin. And while we do not intend to get any larger in number, we do intend to continue to grow in perspective. Energy in motion is positive energy.

We have matured and with this wisdom, focused our service offering around client centric, high design. To this end, Sixthriver Architects utilizes Project Design Studios’ to develop the appropriate design within the Client’s specified budget, schedule and horizons. And not unlike the sixth river and the eclectic metropolis it serves, we look forward to being a progressive community resource for years to come.
