Came at 9:45p on a Tuesday night for some cinnamon rolls… no one is here. They are all closed, apparently the listed closing time is not correct.

We visited this location through the drive-through just now and are disappointed with the fact that it has done away with gluten free pizza crust. We have gotten gluten free pizza at this location many times before, but for some reason it isn’t offered anymore. Furthermore, Ismael(the employee that seemed to be in charge?) was rude to both us and the other employees who were trying to help us. The other employees at the drive through window were very polite and helpful but kept being quieted by Ismael, who wasn’t being polite or helpful. We do not plan to return.

Waited in the drive thru window after they took our money for 15+ mins, then the lady finally comes to the window and says the orders have been messed up and to pull up to a parking space and gave us no answer how much longer it was gonna be. So we asked for our refund which they gave back then just shut the door. Happened in November and haven’t been back since. Proceeded to write an email to corporate and haven’t received a response. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I really hate to give Schlotzsky’s bad reviews because I love their sandwiches, but this review is for this store in particular… I can’t come here and get a meal, from order, to receiving my meal, in less than 10 minutes… Often times, it’s much longer than that. I don’t have a long lunch, so I, in futile attempts, go there every couple of months attempting to get a good sandwich. Whether it’s in the drive through, or inside, I’m guaranteed of ordering, and then waiting a LONG time to receive my order. That wouldn’t be such a problem to me, because I understand cook times and such, having worked at Schlotzsky’s for 4 years… It’s that, when I get my meal, after my long wait times, I NEVER receive my meal completely as requested. I usually order a medium turkey bacon club on wheat bread, with no lettuce, no tomatoes, no mayonnaise, easy mustard, and add avocados. I also order a bag of BBQ chips, or Jalapeño chips, depending on my mood. Somehow, I ALWAYS receive my order with something wrong, whether it’s sourdough bread, like today, instead of the wheat bread I ask for, or things in there that I specifically ask to not be in there, or missing the avocado… Something is always wrong with my order. Additionally, I believe the layout of the drive through is not conducive to keeping a good flow of orders. You’d think with the long cook/prep times of the food, they’d move that drive through ordering station back to the point where they can get a few more orders in so that when people arrive to the windows, it’s a smooth flow instead of having to wait another 5 minutes once you arrive to the window even though you ordered ten minutes before.

Foods always good at Schlotzsky’s but this location needs to hire more staff for lunch time or some way to speed up productivity! Waited 25 minutes in a drive through for a sandwich and the bad part is I was one of the first in line for lunch break, thankfully I didn’t come 5 minutes later!

Food is great but for some reason this location always takes forever. I have now been waiting 20 mins. This is supposed to be fast food. Yep took over 30 mins and didn’t get napkins even. Not happy at all!

Stopped in for a snack and shared a medium original sandwich. Still can’t get over this fast food place serving it on a real plate and they bring it to me, great friendly, timely service. Very good sammy.

Love this place! I order from the catering menu every few weeks for lunch meetings and this place never dissapoints. Everyone at work is always happy when I tell them where I ordered from! Not only is the food amazing and arranged beautifully but the customer service is superb. From the moment i place the order with Duke(who rocks btw) right down to the moment the deliciously fresh food arrives. Megan is awesome… Shes so friendly and helpful… she not only delivers with a smile every time but sets it all up for me as well. I don’t have to lift a finger… she takes care of the whole thing. It’s clear this team understands the meaning of customer service and customer satisfaction is their number one goal, I would highly recommend this place whether for a quick sandwich or a catering order… they’re the best.

You know, I used to go to schlotzsky’s, not because it’s fast, or cheap, or the service is particularly friendly, but because I thought it was a reliable place to get a tasty salad. Today I paid $ 10 for a salad that was ROTTEN. I don’t eat out much, so it was pretty dissapointing. Not planning to eat here again.

I love this place in general but I tired the banana nut muffin for breakfast and was very disappointed. 2.49 seems like a lot for a room temperature muffin. I have had a warm version at a different location and it is a night and day difference.

What I like about this, not only the food but you can use the drive thru and it’s uniqueness of it. Give it try, you will see what I mean. Really nothing mind blowing about Schlotzsky’s, except maybe the insane high prices.

first time to eat at schlotzsky’s ever. and man i hate spelling out their name. so i had the french dipsky — for a seven dollar sandwich it seemed a bit.meager. but it was fairly good. there was alot of sandwiches that totally spaarked my interest but at that particular moment i wanted roast beef. enjoyed the cheddar broccoli soup. classic cinnabon — frikken perfect. especially with the added carmel and nuts. really nothing mind blowing about schlotzsky’s, except maybe the insane high prices. just ordering for me, soup, sandwich, and a cinnamon roll, i had a 20 dollar receipt. maybe im just fat. all in all, not my first choice stop for sandwiches but theyre right down the street from me, so when i do stop in, its merely out of convenience.

We have eaten here several times, mostly in the late evenings. The dining area has always been super clean which is a top priority for us, and the food has always been hot and tasty. Bathrooms are clean as well. They recently updated their tables and chairs, and added booths. Nicest Schotzsky’s we have eaten at.

I had given this place 3 stars for a long time because they were clearly understaffed on more than one occasion, but I’ve got to bump it up for consistency. Their drive through has also been very good about moving quickly.

Hmm. I am surprised the rating isn’t higher for this location. It was our first time eating here and we thought the sandwiches were really good and the service was good too. I got the chicken santa fe and my husband got the chicken and bacon with smoked cheese. I’d recommend this place to others :)

Did you know that Schlotzsky’s was born & raised in Austin, Texas? Now it may have grown to become a national franchise, but it’s still an Austin original, and it’s a pretty great value for a decent fast food meal made of «real» food. Of course they still have their always tasty traditional muffaletta-style sandwiches on spongy, fresh-baked sourdough bread. I(like Unilocaler Don P, perhaps Schlotzskys greatest fan) am partial to the salads, and this location has just begun doing all of their salads made-to-order(rather than pre-prepared in the deli case), including daily homemade salad dressings. New flavors include Turkey Avocado Cobb, Cranberry Apple Pecans with Chicken, and some other yummy combos. I have never been disappointed with the freshness or quality of ingredients or portions of their salads, and now they’re even more enticing. More risky to my waistline is the addition of Carvel custard to the menu. Oh, the rich, creamy chocolate flavor(also available in a shake) is sometime too much for me to resist. Dang you, custard! More components to this(horrors!) 4 star review of a chain restaurant: +online ordering for easy pick-up after work or during lunch +free wifi! +really good foccaccia-style pizza(made to order, naturally) +Monday is Bunday with $ 4 sandwiches or pizzas after 4pm +excellent service; seems like they are really trying to win & keep my business every time I visit, something I rarely experience in a fast food joint.
