Specialties
* Move Up and Move Down Home Buyers
* Single and Multi-Family Investors
* Relocation Buyers and Sellers
I work closely with home buyers to establish the best strategy to get from where they are to where they want to be. The process starts with securing responsible home financing. Next we search for and select the property that best meets their needs, goals and time line. Finally I consult and advise throughout the contingency and approval periods to assure a smooth and successful purchase.
I work with Home Sellers to leverage the equity potential and visual appeal of their property. I then follow a systematic & effective marketing and promotion plan to achieve maximum sales price in the shortest period of time. As the sale becomes a reality I help my clients transition to their next home or stage in life.

Meet the Business Owner
Ryan F.
Business Owner
I am a native Austinite having grown up in Northwest Austin and attended Westwood High School, not far from where I currently live and work. My wife, Kristin, and I currently own a home in Cedar Park, just north of the Austin city limits and we love the community. Its a great area and we couldn’t be happier.
Upon graduating from Westwood, I was fortunate to receive the opportunity to attend the University of Texas on a baseball scholarship. My Senior year at UT the team won the National Championship.
After completing my degree at Texas, I was blessed to be able to follow my lifelong dream of playing professional baseball. I played for parts of three minor league seasons, first with the Houston Astros and later with the Washington Nationals.
Despite my effort and strong will, my professional baseball career did not follow the exact path that I had envisioned and I decided that the time had come for me to pursue a different avenue.
