Royale Event specializes in production events of all kinds. With over 10 years experience in the wedding and hospitality industry, we have the inside knowledge to create a truly memorable, imaginative and entertaining event.

Whether it be a product launch, celebratory party, corporate entertainment or wedding, we will take care of every need. From all the complications that a large event entails such as runways, stages and set design, to the details of flower arrangements and tablecloths.

From the initial concept through to the final production, we will work with you and for you to design a personal, professional and imaginative event that you, your clients, and your guests will always remember.

Meet the Business Owner

Kinsey V.

Business Owner

Kinsey is a born and raised Austinite that has worked every angle of the events industry. She started off in catering when I was just 15 years old. Through the years she has worked for one of Austin’s top event planners and caterers, she lead at a successful tech start up that created software for event marketplaces. She comes in with a strong business backgroun with being skilled in management, operations, marketing, business development and directing of events.

She has produced 5 major SXSW events, including the HBO Burma party and the Kendrick Lamar show. Maintained events for launch parties, weddings, art shows, corporate gatherings and celebratory events. Most recently she started her own event production company, Royale Event.

Royale Event specializes in weddings, corporate and social gatherings as well as festivals. Their offices are located at 3801 South Congress Avenue, in downtown Austin, TX.
