Rick’s Computer Shop

So… my laptop wouldn’t turn on and I kind of needed it to do so in a fairly short period of time. Unfortunately, this happened at a time when no one was available so I did my research and waited until a decent hour to call.
I wanted someone who (1) could at least take a look at my laptop and make an assessment fairly quickly so I’d know what I was up against, (2) affordable, (3) reliable, and (4) easy to get to. I didn’t want to spend all day trying to figure out what was wrong. Rick met all my criteria and then some!
Let’s start with affordable — he’s offering his excellent computer service for about half of what everyone else seems to be asking, which is awesome!
Rick is not only affordable but he responds to calls quickly. When I called this morning to see if he could help with my computer I wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back, or how long it would take to resolve the problem. He called me within an hour and asked a few questions, most of which I had already tried. He came over, took a look, made it work, AND took my desktop with him so he could work his magic on it too! In just a couple of hours I was back in business with a working laptop and will likely have a second working computer in a reasonable amount of time.
Rick is also friendly, courteous, and does not make you feel like an idiot. Customer service is important to me and I’d say Rick is in the top 5% of all customer service experiences, ever.

Rick did an awesome job fixing my kids laptop after their game websites corrupted their harddrive. Rick advised me of my component options and we decided to upgrade to a better part. After Rick’s tweaks, the machine runs better than it did when we bought it new. He also offered to remote in if i need any future help on that machine.
He is the first and only person that comes to mind when needing computer service. I found out he also does artwork, and will may commission him to help me with some branding/​imaging in the future. I highly recommend looking at his websites!
