My wife and I were involved in a rear end collision in Oct of 2014. We asked Rhett to represent us with our insurance company since the person who hit us did not have any insurance. Rhett and his associates were excellent. They were there to answer any questions or concerns that we had. It did not matter what day of the week it was or what time. They either answered their phone right away or returned our calls within minutes. We got our case settled to our satisfaction.
Hopefully we won’t need Rhett’s representation again but if we do we won’t hesitate in calling him.

I hired Rhett after my father was in a horrific car accident. I asked lots of questions, sometimes the same questions several times, and he was always patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He helped us to understand our options, and never pressured us. He did help us to understand the system of insurance and hospital billing and
how important timing is when filing against insurance co’s after an accident. He worked diligently for us under tight time constraints and was able to help my family more so than I ever expected. Even after the fact, he has been there to answer questions. I would not hesitate to use him again. Highly recommend.

I worked with Rhett and his firm on a personal injury case, referred to him by a friend who had a great experience on a similar case.
I was very impressed and happy with the service and settlement received. From beginning to end, I was called back within 24 hours and usually quicker. Rhett walked me through process and options, making sure I understood not only the law and my position but every step of the process and also provided guidance when I asked on «the norm» in these situations. My case was finalized within a month or so, he and his team worked very fast many times waiting on me to complete my actions. I felt he worked hard to negotiate the best possible outcome, walking me through his strategy and recommendations but making sure we agreed on approach and final message.
