Restyle Lakeway

I was a bit hesitant coming to a second hand store for an emergency change of clothes. My grand baby spit up on my dress and we were headed out to Spicewood Texas for a family function. I was in lakeway when I remembered my sister telling me how she found some great deals here and I should stop some time. To my surprise, I found a skirt that was fairly similar to my dress, it matched my flats and my nails and I found a blouse that complimented everything so elegantly. I’ll admit, I splurged a bit and ended up buying like 4 more outfits but at the prices, it was a win. Definitely worth the drive back one weekend.

I would be in a style rut without Restyle. Whenever I need business casual or just casual clothes, I always head to Restyle. I’ve only been treated with courtesy and hospitality whenever I go in, so I’m a bit confused by the previous comments. I believe that if you want to get good service, then go in to the store with pleasantry and good manners. You will be treated as you are treating others. The shopping golden rule based on my experience.
I always find something in Restyle that no one I work with has (and I work in a large worldwide consulting firm). I always appreciate the merchandise and stock and coming out spending far less with more items. Hey, I’m an accountant — I’m calculating cost savings every time I leave the store.
Keep buying and selling local. If you complain that Lakeway doesn’t «have anything», then you need to support local businesses so they can stay open. Support local shops! And Restyle can keep supporting my wardrobe.

All I have to say are good things about RESTYLE! There has been some employee turnover, so the «rude» person is most likely not there anymore. I feel bad for the owner if a employee did her such a disservice! I have had the opposite experience in all of the times I’ve gone to RESTYLE. i shop there frequently and have purchased many high end dresses, sweaters, and shoes at a fraction of what I would have paid retail. There is a huge amount of great fall winter clothes there now. I like this place so much that I usually bring our out of town guests there to buy clothes! I hope those of you that gave this place such a poor review would give it another chance!

Interesting when I went to the reviews I found my exact experience there verified. The woman on this evening ¹¹⁄₁₈ was so poor in customer response. I would NEVER think of going in to this store… if you want to be treated like a second hand thrift buyer or seller, then this is the place for you. Whom does she think she is doing a favor for… really, just shut this down.

My daughter spoke of a consignment shop recently which had such rude owners/​customer service. I knew exactly who she was speaking of. So sad because they simply don’t fit Lakeway!!! Could there be reason there is more negativity on Unilocal than positiveness!!! Hummmmm I would rather pay full price than deal with such rude customer service. Plz someone buy out their business!!!

Restyle is a true find, for the Lakeway Area.
The inventory is great for finding designer names
and stylish clothes, including shoes and jewelry.
I have been very happy with all purchases!

this is a wonderful addition to lakeway texas. this consignment shop is obviously very well maintained and decorated very pleasantly. being a guy i honestly can say i enjoyed being there (with my girlfriend). the owner is great, she was very friendly and courteous. i don’t understand the couple reviews on here that have any negative thibgs to say about this store or the people working there. it seemed like the prices were almost too good to be true, the designers were very up to date and the condition of all clothing items and accessories was immaculate. you shouldn’t always leave a negative review because you had one bad experience that may or may not even have been their fault. i had a pain-​free trip to a women’s clothing store and enjoyed conversation with the owner so i give it 5 * all day long. give this place a try i promise you won’t be disappointed.

Restyle Lakeway is amazing! I have found so many great new items for my wardrobe in this place. Nancy let’s you shop till you drop! For the person who said the customer service was bad, this is not a department store. This is a place to come and find great deals! Nancy has always been friendly and helpful when I come in. I have even consigned clothes with her and made some extra money!
