A special thanks to Mr. Travis Reid who resolved my problem like a true professional. I have been a customer of Reid’s ever since they opened the location at the Y in Oak Hill and been a satisfied customer. However, recently, the faux leather trim on my favorite blazer was ruined.
It took a few phone calls, missing the very busy regional manager, but eventually i was able to speak with Mr. Reid. He was able to find a material that would better stand up to dry cleaning and he had a seamstress actually replace the trim! It looks REALLY good. And he did it at no charge.
I highly recommend Reid’s. They really do stand by their tagline, «dedicated to quality and service».
