Ready 2 Clean Maids

Bought 2 vouchers from DealFind for 4 hours of housecleaning each voucher. No expiration date so I thought I would save them for a time when I could use some extra help. Well… low and behold, the number is out of service and the website can not be found and here are all of these messages from others who have been scammed. DealFind is pretty much the same as UrbanDelight in the way that they will not refund outside of the expiration date, and seeing as this has NO EXP they still will not issue any type of refund or credit because it’s been over 30 days! Really? So the fake maid service business just posts a deal, collects money for future services and does not have to lift a finger. Maybe I should look into this? The only way to schedule an appointment is to leave an e-​mail. I probably left 7 or 8 of them over a period of about 4 weeks, and not a single reply. No calls, no e-​mail, not even «got your info, will contact you soon». My e-​mail requests stated that any day of the week but one was fine, gave my address, my phone number, a generous window for cleaning hours. I guess, they are doing so well that they do not need any new customers!

Same as all the other reviews!!! Purchased the 5 hour Cleaning deal on Urban Dealights and had held off until last week to use the deal. Still over two weeks left to use the voucher, but when I emailed about appointments they wrote back asking for details about my house and the voucher number, I immediately replied with the information they requested. Five days later I had to send a reminder email and they then responded back that they are booked for the next 2 months and I need to contact Urban Dealight for a refund.
Horrible Customer Service and a pretty lame way not to provide the services already paid for. Thanks for wasting my time and creating more work on my side to get my money back. Will not use and hope others look for other services as well.

After reading all the terrible reviews, I was pretty worried after buying a coupon deal. The part that is TRUE that is they are somewhat hard to reach, and have to schedule pretty far out, and I was asked to reschedule once (but to an earlier date, not a later date, so I was fine with that). I’m guessing that’s because they’ve sold too many coupons and are having trouble keeping up with them. That is unfortunate. It IS ridiculous to have to wait months to schedule. They probably need to limit their sales to those they can reasonably service, build up some happy clientele, and grow that way.
All that being said, once the young lady did arrive (right on time), she was very nice and did a very nice job. Much better than some of the other services I have used. My priorities were bathroom and all floors, as well as kitchen surfaces, and they all looked pretty darned good. She also dusted.
My only complaints: they only did one bathroom (she told me on arrival that would be the case, so I picked the full bath). I couldn’t find anything on the coupon that had that restriction, it seemed it should be 4 hours of whatever needed doing. But at least the one bathroom was done well. Also, she forgot to let my dog back in before leaving, but fortunately I went home to check and was able to let her in. In all fairness, the dog is big and rambunctious, and I can see not wanting to deal with her. So that’s forgivable also.
Overall, for the coupon value, I think it was a reasonable job. If they can sort out their scheduling and couponing issues, I think they are superior to several of the other services I have tried. Because I feel for their situation, I’m bumping my 3.5 up to a 4, rather than down to a 3. I hope they get those issues worked out and start building up some happier clientele. Because if they aren’t building fans out of coupon purchasers, they are just wasting their marketing dollars.

I’ve had the same frustrating experiences as the other reviewers, and wish I could give them zero stars. Do not use this company, RUN! They are very hard to get a hold of. They rescheduled me twice and still didn’t show up. When I called to find out what happened, I got different stories from each person I spoke with. I can’t vouch for their actual cleaning because I couldn’t get them to come out. I seriously went back and forth with them for months to get them to come out and they are so disorganized and are terrible at communicating with clients. They might have cheap rates but you get what you pay for. And with Ready 2 Clean you might not get anything at all!

I wanted to give 0 rating. I bought a coupon from Urban Dealight for house clean service for $ 59. But it’s the only way to reach ready 2 clean maids is their email address

I booked the clean service. But just one day before the service, they emailed me back and asked me to pay $ 29 more otherwise they are not going to clean my bathroom. I told them I’m not going to pay more, just don’t clean the bathrooms then. The second day, they didn’t show up at all. I called them and emailed them for several times. They totally ignored me.
I contacted Urban Dealight to refund my money. They said they will contact ready 2 clean maids first and answer me in 48 hours. A weeks passed, Urban Dealight didn’t contact me. So I called them again, the customer service woman said they can’t give me refund, but their credit instead. Urban Dealight is not Groupon for sure.
Both companies are terrible!

I really can’t give a low enuf rating. I too got the deal and pd. $ 59. Then I tried to make appt. Phone # just says to email them. But they never answered the email.
Then, to my surprise, it turns out Urban Dealight can’t contact them either. Further, to my surprise, the Urban Dealights restrictions mean, if the deal offering doesn’t work out, even though you bought in good faith and are ready and willing for the appt., but the service doesn’t respond, all you get back is $ 59 in Urban Dealight bucks.
So I had to come up w/​more $ to hire someone, and have $ 59 of Bucks that I may use someday for something –not a maid cleaning service.

My response was, I will use the Bucks if anything I want comes up, but I will never buy anything thru their deals again.
I’ve had a couple of other deals go sour, one another cleaning company – but the Groupon companies, etc., have refunded my money. Now I have to come up w/​more $ to get my house cleaned after waiting 2 weeks for a response from this deadbeat company.

I am actually stunned that this company was allowed to do a voucher deal on UrbanDealight — and I agree and concur with the rest of the reviewers — this is a fraudulent deal!
I’ve been trying to get a response from these people and have only gotten one email back to the many voicemails and emails I’ve sent.

I’m contacting UrbanDealight tomorrow morning to demand my money back and am seriously considering contacting the BBB to report this company.
In fact — I think we should all get together in a class action lawsuit fashion and put these scammers out of business for good!

Worst group voucher/​coupon experience EVER.

I bought a deal for Ready 2 Clean Maids 5 hours of cleaning and I’m hoping I can get my money back. Their customer service has been horrible, when I emailed them about appointment times like their phone number tells you to, no one ever got back to me. It said they’d contact me withing 48 hours, I called a week later and left a message, no call was returned, so the next day I finally called them, again. Now they’re telling me they don’t have any openings until February and they’ll contact me eventually. Both of those statements are a problem for me. If they can’t handle the workload in a timely manner, then they shouldn’t be taking it on, or at least inform your clients if you can’t keep up!

I bought a deal from kgbdeals for 4 hours of cleaning, they said a $ 160 value. I usually check reviews before buying these deals and I wish I had this time; if I had read the other reviews I would have stayed away! I emailed them to set up cleaning in an apartment my daughter was moving out of. Their response by email, five days later, was exactly seven words: «The enxt available clean is in Feb.» In three months?! Good grief, my deal expires in March! And who knows three months ahead of time what their need is for cleaning?
I am requesting a refund from kgbdeals, especially after reading the other reviews. It’s just as well they weren’t available, from what I am reading. STAY AWAY FROM READY 2 CLEAN MAIDS!

Don’t bother with this company. I, too, bought a «deal» from Dealswarm to use this company, but was also told I couldn’t get an appointment until February. What a ridiculous amount of time to wait. If you can’t handle the volume of customers, don’t use these group coupon services!

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!
I bought the $ 59 for 5 hours of residential cleaning voucher from Urban Dealight (a $ 180 value) and wanted to use it for an EMPTY HOUSE that I just moved out of (950 sq ft). Also WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS. Their response was that the voucher was for «common areas only» (which isn’t everything in an empty house a common area??) and that they wanted $ 80 more for a move-​out clean.
Clearly fraudulent. If I don’t get my money back from Urban Dealight, I will never purchase another deal from them.
Beware of this company and STAY AWAY!

I purchased a deal on Urban Dealight for 5 hours of cleaning and was told by the maid that showed up that it meant UP TO 5 hours. The deal clearly stated 5 hours of cleaning WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTIONS. This cleaning was suppose to have $ 180 value. She kept trying to tell us that she only needed to do things listed on the Ready 2 Clean Maids website. They had changed the website since I purchased the voucher. For $ 180 cleaning you did not even get a bathroom cleaned. The floors were only «dry» mopped. The one girl that showed up left in less than 2 hours — said she was done — even with my husband telling her that the house was not cleaned. She said she would only clean one bath but did the second as a favor (the other bath was left untouched). She vacuumed the traffic trails in some rooms but not all, she did not do basic cleaning. — beds we left unmade, trash not emptied, floors not mopped, dining chairs not moved to sweep or vacuum under them, very little got dusted — edges and corners were not touched.
This was the worst maid service I have ever used. My son even asked why they had not cleaned his bathroom (and it was one that she did). But she did not vacuum his room or make his bed.
I called Urban Dealight and got my money back on the unused vouchers — there was nothing they could do about the voucher I used for the less than 2 hour cleaning. I paid about $ 35 an hour for this maid service and had to fight with her to do anything. I can hire a maid any day on Craigslist for $ 15-​$ 20 an hour. This was not a deal — this was a rip off!!!
