We offer monthly bookkeeping services or we train you and your employees how to do the books for your specific business. Year-​end tax services are available for all entities as well.

Mike Russell has been in business for over 30 years and a QuickBooks Pro Advisor for 12 years. Mike is the author of «QuickBooks Made Fast and Simple», the only book in the world that actually teaches Cash Basis Accounting using QuickBooks.

Free appointments are available at our office, and if you bring your QuickBooks back-​up file we will analyze your business and give you free feed-​back as to what needs to be done.

Over the past 30 years Mike has developed many customized accounting systems for various industries. In the early days, Mike created the Grape Harvest System used in Sonoma, CA Winieries. After that he developed a customized job order cost accounting system for the Landscape Industry that was bought out by the True Green, the worlds largest Landscaping company. Next, Mike starting developing accounting systems for all types of building trade contractors, which included the largest wood-​frame contractor in Northern California. Mike’s history also includes attending numerous seminars for the construction and restaurant industries to stay in tune with their ever changing needs.

Mike is now currently setting up customized accounting systems for the local Austin, Texas business community.
