Purrfect Pals Rescue

We adopted a six month old kitten from them three weeks ago and the volunteers worked with have been amazing. We visited them at the Great Hills Petco and they took the time to give us advice on what to look for in a kitten for our family (we had been thinking of getting a girl but they advised that our older girl cat would be more likely to accept a boy), gave us plenty of time to interact with the kittens they had with them, talked to us about cat nutrition, and provided us with all we needed to take care of our new kitten. They are working with us to get Hus next round of vaccines and the neutering and microchip is included with the adoption fee. We could not be happier.

I found this pet adoption agency through Pet Finders on line. I saw the photo of the cat I wanted to meet and emailed the current president of Purrfect Pals along w/​my copy and pasted application. In less than 24 hours she emailed me back and we set up a date for me to meet the cat in which I was interested.
She was great to work with; she’s very straightforward, friendly and knows A LOT about cats. You can tell she loves cats just by her expertise and attentiveness. The process of adopting my new cat was an easy one through Purrfect Pals.
Purrfect Pals lists its fee as an adoption donation that can be used for tax purposes if one itemizes — good thing to know. Although the price of adoption $ 125 is higher than Austin Humane Society ($ 85) (another place I highly recommend in finding a cat); it’s certainly not a financial deterrent especially when it covers all the vaccinations the cat needs, neuter/​spay and micro-​chipping.
I would definitely recommend Purrfect Pals for adopting a kitty!
