Printing Solutions

I have used Printing Solutions in the past but mainly their shipping services. Travis has always been very helpful & courteous. I highly recommend using this business.

I’ve been using Printing Solutions on the recommendation of another law firm, and I’m so glad I switched. Travis has met every need we have with professionalism and uncanny accuracy. I can’t say how impressed we’ve been with this company.

Travis is my favorite! Another reviewer said it best, if you are a repeat customer they roll out the red carpet for you. Printing Solutions has been doing my business cards for may years. Yes they are more expensive than ordering from on-​line places. but they look incredible.
Travis always handles the design layout when I switch things around for new orders. This year I had him make a quick logo for a property, charged me $ 50 and gave me in every file type imaginable. Not sure if that was cheep or expensive, but totally worth it to me.
Huge Bonus-​Travis has become a friend and manages any task I need for printing. When I need any of my logos for something I call him and he sends the right file type for the project-​no charge. That is service and I am a customer for life!
In sort of funky shopping center in South Austin. Easy to access, easy parking, central location.

This is purely about them as a Fed Ex depot.
Guy who was on staff had no idea how to handle the job (sending four pieces of paper to Canada). Here are a series of the confidence-​building quotes I got to hear as I patiently waited, trying to give what looked like a scrappy start up business the benefit of the doubt:
-«Wow, I never get to use this thing.»
-«This is what I get for not having a computer.»
-«Does this zip code have letters? It won’t let me enter letters.»
-«I can’t find the little squiggly thing on the keyboard.»
After a half hour of painfully trying to resist the urge to just grab my docs and walk out the owner arrives (who is apparently the one who knows how to «do» fed ex), takes one look at my stuff and says «We don’t do international Fed Ex, only domestic.» Not that there is a sign anywhere out front where they advertise being a Fed Ex business that says this.
The poor incompetent guy who had been struggling for a half hour was apologetic, the owner just looked at me like he didn’t care at all. Their sign asked for a Unilocal review, so here it is.

There’s no better print shop in Austin. The head owner/​manager, Travis, is a kind and open hearted person. If you’re a repeat customer you will get golden treatment and perks. The prices are low. If you want to be treated like a number while doing your corporate paperwork, tuck your tie into your pants and feel free to go to fedex/​kinkos. Guaranteed that printing solutions will actually take you less time in and out. My one gripe: the hours. But hey, 8 – 5 this is normal for a small city. I wish they would expand and open this place 24 hours. there’s no print shops anywhere near here that are open 24 hours and i’d love to see these guys take out fedex.

Friendly, reliable and accommodating! Travis went out of his way to make my experience as a business owner much easier. I had the delightful experience of meeting the owner, Travis’ father and he was just as friendly and accommodating. With the rise of corporations and money driven businesses, it’s refreshing to come across a heart-​based family owned business!
The prices are the best I have found yet and the quality is superb! The South Congress location is easy to access with lots of parking making it super easy to stop by and pick up your prints.
I highly recommend this printing company! Give ‘em a go, I bet you’ll love them just as much as I do :)

I suppose you don’t often see a lot of fanfare for a Print and Copy business… but then, this isn’t your normal Print & Copy business. Printing Solutions is single-​handedly responsible for helping promote & bring about the latest event for The Austin Animal Center’s HARD LUCK HOUNDS HAPPY HOUR at House Wine April 20^th.
They graciously donated to this event their time and services, and to think I discovered this place tucked away off Congress Ave, during a long trip all the way out to the Kinkos on UT campus. I was so excited to discover they were there and were very fair with pricing. Stop by and visit Travis, and the amazingly efficient service he and the owners bring to their business.
Tell People about PRINTING SOLUTIONS located in the parking lot near the CVS off Congress and Oltorf and save a lot of time driving all over Austin for a copy! Only 5 minutes from the St. Edward’s University campus.

Needed some quick cd inserts done & they got them done fast & right. Good service.

I needed a bunch of hand outs for a trade show and this shop helped me out while I waited. Highly recommend!
