Established in 2007.

RiverPlace Postnet was opened in 2007 and purchased by local residents in 2015. It is a neighborhood owned business center for printing, copying, faxing, secure shredding, scanning and shipping services. RP PostNet is an authorized shipping center for UPS, FedEx, DHL and the USPS.

Do not use Postnet for any shipping needs other than buying stamps.
I mailed off four packages, all 5×5×5 inches (the heaviest one was two and half pounds), all of them being mailed in the contiguous states. The grand total came out to $ 78 for USPS Priority. I checked the USPS site for what my packages would cost at the post office itself and it was nearly HALF of what Postnet charged me (around $ 10.50 each package had I of made the effort to go to the post office).
One star for how clean this location is.
One star for location (as there isn’t a post office anywhere close to here).
Negative one star for the up-​charge.
Negative one star that it took forever to get out of the store.
Negative one star that my packages, which were twice the cost of USPS, went out late.

I have stopped by this location a few times since it turned over to new ownership. I have received great customer service and help with some of my shipping needs. I recently had an assortment of different items (signs, flyers, event materials) and I knew it would be tough to find a box/​filler to get everything overnighted to my destination. They worked with me to find the cheapest box/​materials and shipping options. This location is near my home and will be my go-​to place for all thing shipping.

Do use this store for all your shipping needs if you have lots of time to waste, as you will be standing in line forever waiting for the staff to figure out their computer system. They are incredibly slow and both clerks are clueless as to what they are doing. I think it takes less time for your package to arrive to its destination than for the clerks to figure out how to send it. Never again.

Congratulations. You two women are the first rude women I have met in Texas. Not coming back for sure. By the way, the nice man at Pak Mall Austin had no trouble giving me a receipt with no problem. You might think twice about changing your policies or your «opinion».

The gentleman named Paul sold the store. The new staff are very nice but not very thorough and a little slow. They are training a lot of new staff. If you’re shipping something that has to go out quick and you’re in a rush… Better to go elsewhere.

This store is awesome and Paul gives amazing customer service. I need a small label printing job done which turned out to be more complicated because of using Mac versions of Excel & trying to do a mail merge in Word. Paul worked to make it happen and churned out just what I wanted! Love it. Highly satisfied. Judy Gressel

Been there a couple times now for notary and postal-​related services. They have a mailbox in the store and can do any of the stuff you’d need at the USPS (certified with return receipt, etc) at a slightly higher cost — but with almost no wait. To me, that and the friendly service you get here are absolutely worth it!

Dropped in on this PostNet a few days ago. I needed two posters done for a marketing campaign at work. I had waiting a little too late and needed them turned around quickly. They said it would take 4 – 5 days, I asked if I could have it in 2 days and they made a phone call to put a rush on it. The storefront was clean and organized. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a little pricey but the final product was perfect.

If you have to visit a Post Net, this is the one to visit!
The location is always clean, the owner and staff are super friendly and the service is impeccable.
The price is a tad higher then the good olé U.S. post office but then again you wont have to wait until you child graduates from college to get waited on!
They offer the typical post net menu of services, mail box/​s, copy, fax, scan, shipping, printing, etc., etc. BUT they do it with a smile and make your feel as though they really appreciate your business, a rare gem.
