In recent years pole dancing has been exploding worldwide. It’s leaving the clubs and entering the suburbs. It is being showcased all over television; Ellen, The View and even The Oprah Winfrey Show featured pole dancing as an aerobic exercise.

We had the party deluxe package. We had a blast! I highly recommend the lessons. We went as a group to celebrate my sis’ bachelorette party. I speak on behalf of all the girls; it was a healthy relaxing environment that enabled us to bring out our sexy! Even the shy one in the group got her groove on! Way to go Pole Goddess!

This was the highlight for our recent bachelorette weekend. We planned this somewhat last minute and Meredith was very responsive and professional. The group prices are very competitive and less than other studios. Meredith prepped us with everything we needed to wear and exactly what to expect. She was very energetic and encouraging when we all felt mostly silly and emabarassed. Bootie receive!

My mom friends and I had a group lesson last week. Had a BLAST! And what a great workout to boot. Pole Goddess is currently looking for a studio so for now it’s just «Have pole, will travel.» ;) Highly reccommend for a MNO!
All you need is a pair of sexy heels that help you get in the «mood» and you’re good to go. By the end of the lesson you will have learned a routine that you can promptly go home and perform. Ya just need a pole.
