Established in 2009.

Located in Austin Texas, married couple and co-​owners Shane Snyder and Audrey Callahan started Pixel Me Pink Web Design in 2009. It was during the recession when they lost their jobs one month apart, lost their home, had no money to speak of and decided to start their web design company.

Audrey was in her final semester of schooling for web design and graphic design and Shane was just trying to figure out how to get his next job. Coincidentally it was January 1st 2010 after Audrey had another bad day at her new job when they both decided to put their «proverbial foot down» and go full steam ahead with Pixel Me Pink web design for small service based businesses.

Home computers in hand, Shane and Audrey began applying themselves towards their true passions in life via Pixel Me Pink web design, things took off and the rest became history.

To date, Pixel Me Pink web design has never had an unsatisfied web design client.

I chose Pixel Me Pink Web Design because when I spoke with Shane, he gave me the impression that they would treat me and my business and website with more concern and respect than some corporation would. Since they are also a small service based business, I felt like they would be better suited to understand my needs and goals with regard to my web design.
In the end they provided me with a web design that I am very happy with and is helping me with my business’s lead generation. My favorite part however, was their info-​gathering portal. I have worked with other web design companies in the past and the worst part for me was always when I had to provide all the content and other information they needed in order to build the website. The tool that Pixel Me Pink Web Design has at their disposal to do this part of the project made things way easier than I had experienced before.

They take you a journey, and really help you pull out the most important and special aspects to what you do… I’m so happy that I picked them. I always had a vision of my website, and as soon as I saw their portfolio, I could see the care and beautiful aesthetic detail they craft into every site. I feel that in this day in age with so many websites out there, it helps to stand out. I had over 10 years of art making, design, business, stuff, discarded logos… I felt kind of all over the place. Here is the great thing about Pixel Me Pink, they are the perfect blend of artistic design and business creation and development. My wife and I own a hair salon and we needed to re-​do our website. I really wanted to find someone local rather than some huge website mill based wherever that just churns out websites. Pixel understood that we needed to have a certain stylistic look given our industry, but also developed a site that did the most important thing… got potential clients to our site and enticed them to take the next step and try out our salon.
Awesome job from start to finish-​cannot recommend them highly enough.

Buying a car, a mattress, and finding a good web design company can be some of the least enjoyable buying experiences one can make (I should know I’m in the mattress industry). :)
Because I was cheap and broke I’ve worked with other design companies overseas and also here locally and I’ve learned the hard way. I’ve always ended up with mediocre websites and ended up paying much more than I should of.
I finally decided to do it right and find an experienced local web company who was intent with making sure we were pleased. I interviewed several other web companies and these guys stood a part from the rest, mostly because I could tell they would be the easiest to work with and they cared very much at what they do.
Their work process was well organized and thought out and made the job run smooth.
Shane and Audrey did an awesome job with our site and since our new site went up our business has at least doubled and we are always getting compliments on our site. So if you’re looking for a web company these guys definitely need to be on your list.
There are a lot of good designers out there but not all designers are easy to work with, these guys have figured it out.

I am beyond satisfied with the excellent work the staff from Pixel Me Pink provided. I am not a computer guru and I was afraid of creating a website for my business because of it but my business requires it for its success. I interviewed with a lot of companies, and even though Pixel me Pink was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, their service, knowledge, and plain and simple down to earth caring people made me want to go with them and I don’t regret it! It was the best decision I could have made. their follow up skills are unbelievable!
My website is completed and it looks awesome!!! It is exactly the way I want it. I didn’t know what I wanted at first but with their excellent web design suggestions it is perfection. Their web designers are very knowledgeable and very open to suggestions. They are patient beyond belief and Shane and Audrey are just simply GREAT people. I was able to develop a care for them simply because they genuinely cared for me and my business. You just won’t find people as great as them in this industry!

Pixel Me Pink is an excellent web design company that takes a personal approach to designing a professional website for a reasonable price.
They are excellent for first time business owners/​entrepreneurs. I approached Pixel Me Pink when I decided to start my own company. They took the time to talk with me in length, understand my business model, then gave me an in depth brief as to how they would design the site in a way that I could understand.
They are very flexible with their clients. My business model changed in the middle of their design. After notifying them, they rolled with the punches and did absolutely everything in their power to make the website match what I wanted it to be.

I was looking for a new web designer after having a nightmare experience with another company for over a year. My 2 previous website didn’t do half the things I wanted it to and it was pretty basic. He wanted another $ 150 per page just let me have access to it. I was locked out of the website that I already paid for and that I was told that I would have access to. Refusing to pay another $ 1650 i started looking for a new web developer. I literally found pixel me pink on Unilocal as I didn’t want to have a 3rd bad experience and was hoping Unilocaler reviews would help me weed through all the website developers out there. Ironically, when I was looking at their portfolio of work, I saw that they did the website for a skincare client of mine. Their great reviews, their website, the fact that someone I knew used them, and because Shane spent a lot of time with me on the phone and even followed up with me a few days later is what sealed the deal and made me become their client. Pixel me pink has impeccable customer service, patience beyond belief, and excellent communication. They literally went above and beyond the call of duty. I talked to a lot of designers in planning my website, and most either didn’t seem like they would ever share the vision or help me make something that others might enjoy using.
After my first conversation with Shane, I was sold on their operation.
For a reasonable price, PMP came up with a great design and were enough into the project that they were able to design as a potential user, not just someone paid to do a job.
They were with me every step of the way, and were very responsive to requests. The pre-​design interview stage was very thorough, and I felt that they really understood what I wanted to achieve both aesthetically and practically.

I initially had a basic website that did not fit the brand and image I was trying to convey. I worked with another company that did not meet a 90-​day deadline, which was plenty of time to complete the project. Pixel Me Pink’s graphic designer created a beautiful logo within a week’s time and Audrey incorporated it in to my web design promptly.
Their project management software, Basecamp, really helped with the development process. Shane Synder gave me regular calls about our progress and all time lines were met. What a refreshing change to work with people who return calls and complete work in a timely manner and have a professional attitude!

i was dreading making the switch to a new company and website, even though I desperately needed it. I researched local (and some national) website companies, talking to over 25 different companies in my price range. A lot of the employees were unprofessional, didn’t seem to care other than for the sale and even down right rude in some cases.
Shane was the total opposite from the beginning — friendly and warm, with a genuine interest in helping me find the best solution. (Even if it wasn’t with their company, although he was sure it would be!) … (Now I know) he is great at what he does, and I like when someone believes in their ability and can back it up — top professionalism from the beginning! They were well organized with the best all encompassing and easily readable contract that I received. He was very upfront (no hidden costs) and covered all of the bases. Shane is dependable and accountable, a great communicator, and was willing to take the time to educate me and walk me through the process. I knew that if they gave me this much time and attention and did this well on this initial phase, that i would count on them for the rest. And to my satisfaction, they were awesome!
I am technologically challenged when it comes to websites… So it was challenging to know how to explain what I needed, much less how to achieve it with my new website, … But Shane and Audrey were so great — they researched and anticipated my needs and were able to get me what I needed. They took the time to really get to know me, my music, my past website issues, and current needs. They are very well organized with their process and their online basecamp was a awesome way to maintain contact and oversight of the project.
There are times in any creative or business project when people aren’t always on the same page, miscommunication, have different perspectives or interpretations, etc. I mention this because even when things were not perfectly smooth, they maintained the same greatness. This is a really important insight — with anything, things are easy when they are smooth, but with Shane and Audrey, things are great even in a tricky situation. I commend Shane and Audrey for having integrity and patience to work through any bumps in the road with an open mind, a great attitude, and an overall commitment to customer satisfaction.
Audrey was phenomenal to work with! So creative, so passionate! She made the creative process easy and fun! She was right on with the design! Not all creative types are also business minded, but Audrey is professional and kind, accountable and organized. And VERY talented! I love the layout, colors and feel that she brought to me… but she was flexible when my vision was different from hers. No ego here! Hallelujah! My site is interesting and artsy, yet easy to maneuver. She really did an awesome job!
They were flexible with their schedule to try and accommodate me when I needed. But they were also capable of giving me time to work on things on my end when i needed it. No pressure. I should also mention their great sense of humor and personable nature… We’ve had some good laughs here and there! I am so happy to work with them, and am so happy with their work. I initially had a very basic website set up just so I could get my business off the ground. I desperately needed to have better functionality and design, but I was having such bad luck finding someone to do the work the right way. I’d asked friends for references, and looked on Craigslist to find somebody. Nothing seemed to be working out. From what I’ve gathered, most website people are only skilled in one aspect of putting a site together… it’s hard to find somebody that can make it look great AND work properly.
I gave Craigslist another shot and came across Pixel Me Pink. Their clever business name attracted me. But I got a good feeling about these guys from the very first telephone conversation. They came across as very organized and professional. This husband and wife team marry all the skills of coding, design, creativity, etc…
I decided to move forward and do a complete re-​design of my site. Once we got under way, they gave me a timeline for each step of the process.
