I received the quote of 200lbs for $ 85.00 and .39 per pound after that. That seemed reasonable so I set it up. When the drivers arrived the driver said we had a lot to shred and didn’t know if it would be able to fit in the truck. At that point, I would have thought he would have given us a rough estimate before starting. We had no idea how to judge the amount of paper. So when all was said and done, we got hit with a $ 2000+ bill. The driver was lazy so I helped dump the boxes of paper in the bin, I felt bad for the one that was actually working. Isn’t that worth a discount and an advanced warning that it is going to cost a lot?

Alan is Awesome! He wrote the book on customer service. If we fill up our shred bin too fast, he’s here the next day to empty it. I love being able to support a fellow small business owner.
