Phillip Smith is an agent new to Keller Williams that I highly recommend working with. Phillip (when he was at Greenlight Locating) helped my husband and I find our apartment when we were about to move to Austin four months ago. Phillip went out of his way to make sure we found what we were looking for in the short amount of time (two days) we had to look. He listened to all of our concerns and helped us find the best matches for location and floor plan in our price range.
We were visiting Austin for the first time at the end of March and really wanted to be able to LOOK at the place in person before renting it (as we were moving to Austin from the Bay Area). We went straight to Phillip’s office from the airport and he drove us around to prospective apartments — during rush hour mind you — and was very friendly and helpful. The next day he took us to five or six more places and we found the place we now live in (and love!) at a good price. He worked with the property management company to help us get the lease signed and kept in close contact with us if we had any questions. I’m sure that Phillip will do amazing job for anyone looking to buy a home (he handled that at Greenlight as well) and when we finally are able to, we will not hesistate to give him a call.
