Dr Driscoll is an amazing Doctor. He very polite, understanding and very patient. I highly recommend Dr Driscoll for any procedures.

I have nothing great to say of this business. My initial contact with this office was in late 2013. During my consultation, the assistant was very short when I had questions regarding the procedure. I didn’t know that asking questions during a CONSULTATION was such a burden. I went ahead with payment and then scheduled my surgery. First thing that should have warned me was that on the day of my surgery. I was put in a room and while I was waiting for the doctor, i see dog feces right there on the floor. Why is there a dog running around into these rooms where it is supposed to be sterile? Notified the assistant and she put me into another room. I guess having a dog running around in an office where you do surgeries is normal there? Fast forward to a year ½ later after swelling and bruising have gone down, I have a few concerns of the outcome of my surgery. I call the office to discuss my options and I was directed to send follow up photos. I sent what was requested and was told that the doctor will be contacting me. Week goes by. Call and email again. Multiple times I’ve been told that they received my emails and will be contacted. 2 more weeks go by. Emailed again. Now I’m getting no response. I really can’t understand how this business is still running If you don’t have time to answer your clients questions/​concerns.

One Star because zero isn’t an option. My girlfriend and I drove 300 miles to get a consultation. Not only were we told the doctor wouldn’t be there after it was too late to reschedule, but the woman that we encountered was short and borderline rude, handed some papers and disappeared. Long story short. Super sketchy vibe. I feel bad for the doc cause he probably has some skills. Running a business is not one of them. Glad to be in Austin but very disappointed.

I cannot express how disappointed I am with my Botox results. The initial results were fantastic, smooth and subtle but less than ONE month later my wrinkles and lines are coming back. OBVIOUSLY, they are diluting their Botox. Is this even legal??? The kicker is I paid an extra $ 200 for an extra 20 units in the office. So the total was 340 which isn’t much less than a legit dermatologist. Don’t waist your money on this place. It’s a scam.

I feel really bad for Dr. Driscoll. I don’t know about all of his staff, but the two that I did encounter are quite literally going to drag that man’s business through the mud. His patient coordinator was the rudest woman I have ever met. His nurse, who was 30 minutes late for work, and kept me waiting 30 minutes with no communication, was the most unkind person.
After I was finally seated in the patient room, my assigned nurse rushed in and tossed a 5 page waiver I was to read and sign – something that should have been asked of me during the 30 minutes I was waiting for her. Her demeanor was harsh, she was unsympathetic, and unapologetic for keeping me waiting half an hour.
Sifting through their 5 — 6 page release and waiver, I discover they want to take pictures and use them in any way they wish for marketing purposes. When I was reluctant to sign their release, my «nurse» became even more terse, and called in the «patient coordinator» to confront me over my reluctance to sign away my right to privacy. She was absolutely belligerent with me. They claimed the pictures are only for documentation purposes, only for file copies, but the release reads otherwise.
In the end I left without getting any services and will never return. These are the very last people anyone should want to administer any sort of cosmetic procedure. Late, rude, unsympathetic… image the results?

Worst customer service and treatment EVER My consultation was at 3 I was not seen until 415 and no one apologized or checked on me. Tthe Administrator Carol told me that there was a special going on 7400 reg price and 5900 for the special… only good for the first 20 patients who signed up. From this point I was confused… I felt like this was a good idea but I am a business woman and I need information in writing. Carol gave me nothing in writing and told me, after I called about times trying to get her to send me documents itemizing the surgery, that they do NOT offer pricing sheets. Then a month after she rushed me to pay my dollar deposit she calls me apologizing that she never gave me the pricing policy. I notice that the pricing policy reads that the dollars was non refundable. I called Carol for the last time and she went OFF on me when I told her that I was disappointed that I could get her to understand that you do NOT pay for a FIRST TIME 6000 surgery and are content with not having ANY paperwork explaining the pricing. She continued to yell at me over the phone and would not allow me to speak, needless to say I consider myself a tough cookie… I was BALLING, in tears by the end of the call because she had completely obliterated my comfort with Dr. Driscoll or the act of having surgery. I was so disappointed that she felt that it was ok to scream at me and accuse me of accusing her of lying about the prices. I informed her that the price was not this issue, it was the simple fact that I needed docuentation of the pricing and she was refusing to get me that information… she told me that I could NOT talk to the doctor, she did not care at ALL if I wrote a review on Unilocal, or if I contacted the BBB about her conduct. I enjoyed Dr. Driscoll, but I will NEVER step another foot in that office nor will I recommend anyone to that office until he understands that people cannot be treated like surgery is the equivalent of buying ice cream. This is supposed to be a life changing opportunity and his staff ruined that for me. I called about my refund of my 500 dollars and spoke with another staff member briefly about my issue with Carol. This staff member’s name was Sharhonda, or something of the sort, and I explained to her that I sent a restricted certified letter to Dr. Driscoll about Carol’s conduct and she apologized just as Carol did to me about the situation. She acted as if she was empathizing with me and asked me what she could do… I kindly asked her if she could just refund my money. She informed me that she would promise to give the certified letter to Dr. Driscoll and either have the Dr. call me or she would call me on Friday about refunding my 500 dollars… no call. I called and spoke with a nurse… again frustrated that no one considered my discomfort with this situation priority. isn’t that the point of hiring receptionists and admins? The nurse said that she would text Dr. Driscoll and others in regards to why no one had called me as promised about my refund and that someone would surely call me on Monday. You guessed it… no call. I HAD to call on Tuesday afternoon, and Sharonda acted as if she had never talked to me nor did she apologize off the bat for not calling me for three days. It was not until I asked for her name at the end of the call that she apologized for not calling me but blamed it on Dr. Driscoll for taking my file home on Friday and going on vacation. I could not believe these women were even responsible for running his office… I was an admin for three years and I would NEVER have dared slack in this manner or it would have been my job on the line. She told me that they were going to issue my refund but that she did not know when I would receive the refund. Im sure that I will be calling this office next week because they have forgotten to do so… but I am going to be hopeful and positive that someone in that office does not tolerate this type of behavior. I asked her if the Dr. received my letter that was restricted only for him to sign and she told me a new story then what she told me the week prior. That she had NOT received it… I reminded her that she told me that she did receive it on Wednesday because she saw it. She recanted her story and said (hesitantly) that she would TRY and make sure that Dr. Driscoll receives the letter. Now I dont normally do things like this, I dont complain about service, I normally am the woman who lets people walk all over me in these situations because work in the service industry… But with this I had 6000 dollars in cash that I was ready to spend on a surgery that I have wanted since I was 17 and now 10 years later a rude staff ruined that for me… I had just had it. I could not shorten this story any more, I have left TONS of other things I left out. I just hope they send them to seminars on customer service TODA

Yesterday I went in for a consult after entering a contest at Dr. Driscoll’s office. I never thought I would actually get the courage to go in to a meeting about a breast augmentation but finally did. I have never felt more comfortable somewhere which is shocking considering I am so insecure about my chest size. Dr. Driscoll was extremely personable, and I LOVED Lisa. She was amazing and I can tell she really cares about the patients. I would have to say that I would not be willing to go anywhere else in Austin– because the staff is so friendly, everyone said hi to me while I was there– and because the procedure is so far ahead of the game in terms of scarring and healing. I would totally recommend Dr. Driscoll.

Dr. Driscoll is an awesome doctor and is very personable. Last I heard, he was the only doctor in the area doing breast implants through the bellybutton. Leaving no scars. I went to him for another reason, something a little more simple than surgery. I had botox injections which helped w/​my migraines and headaches. Actually I had NO migraines or headaches while the botox was working for 4 mos. It was amazing and made me feel so good. The office is very clean and all of the girls that work there are super friendly. He keeps busy w/​surgeries but will have Botox parties from time to time. They serve h’orderves and wine, before you know it your outta there. Dr. Driscoll has been featured on Dr. Phil, Montel and numerous newscasts. He knows what he’s doing boys and girls… so if you need a «pick me up» …you know where to go:)
If you’re wondering… yes; the botox injections hurt a bit. But I have also had many face piercings w/​MUCH larger needles. The needle they use is very very small and they numb the area w/​a cream before hand, so its not THAT bad.
