Went for a friend’s birthday on a Saturday night with 9 other adults for our first escape/​puzzle room. So FUN! I could definitely see this as a great team building exercise with more excitement and laughs. Go! you won’t be disappointed!

We brought 6 kids 10 – 16 and 4 adults and had the vest time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everyone thought the game was so much fun. we were totally into it and it was so much fun to work together. we loved it!

I had never done an escape room before so i was not sure what to expect, we were a group of 10 adults (a Full Room). The conclusion we completed our mission 100% with about 15 mins left.
Reason for the 3 – 4 stars and i might have to go else where and change my stars, I going in thought that there were going to be more puzzles, and this might be just because i’m a mom but we went into our room and played hid and seek basically we found the clues easily (as if we were looking threw our kids bed rooms) There was not much brain power used to solve our room and that is my only complaint.
The room was set up neat, next time i might have to try one with less people in my group or try and find one somewhere that is more mentally challenging. If I were to bring my Kids to one of these i would give this place 5 stars they would of been able to jump right in and enjoy this one.
Thank you and i look forwarding to trying out the A-​I room as well.

Wow! Totally awesome man!
I’ve been to three puzzle rooms now around the world, and this is by far the best. The team that has created this is really a group of creative geniuses and they really love their work. They really care about you as a client, and they bring you into the world of the puzzle. The puzzle is creative, and the team makes a very coherent story. Best of all, it’s not just a series of unrelated puzzles. There is a challenge here, and yet people of any age will really enjoy their time. I highly recommend this to anyone if they want to have the best time indoors!

The Spy Adventure was a full hour of mind challenging clues. Our six and nine year old boys loved it as much as dad and gramps did.

We all felt like badass agents at the end of this escape room! The layout was thoughtful and the clues were just enough to keep us going in the right direction but not be unnecessarily confusing. Loved that it was really interactive and that everyone could contribute by working on several different puzzles at once. The ending was awesome and loved that it was a two room experience. They were also very open to feedback in the end which is appreciated… not that we had anything bad to say. :) Definitely hope to check out their next one when I visit again!

Five stars. Hands down. This is awesome for team building OR even a date. We went with 9 people and we had the best time! They are opening a second room sometime early 2016 and I can’t wait until they do! I will definitely be going when they do!

My family and I were looking for something fun to do in Austin and decided to do an escape room. We found Perplexium on groupon and gave them a call for availability. The man who answered was very accommodating and allowed us to book over the phone without actually purchasing the groupon, but still gave us the price. Once we got there, the whole staff was very personable and willing to answer any questions we had. Throughout the whole game, the staff did not break character and treated us as actual spies which helped the experience feel more real. The game itself was tough, but still doable. We finished in 45 minutes and had a great experience! I would strongly recommend Perplexium; we had a great time!

We had a great time in the Spy Room. Very well done, a lot of interesting puzzles and a variety of problems. All the popular tropes you would expect from a spy movie. It is definitely worth it and I like the fact that they don’t pride themselves on how difficult the room is, but for the immersive experience.

I didn’t really know what my friends were thinking when they suggested to come to Perplexum last night but I am so glad I joined them!
I had never done an escape room before so didn’t really know what to expect. I had so much fun! It was a great team building exercise that I would suggest to my boss even.
The workers/​actors are passionate about what they do, and it shows in the experience we had.
I will definitely be back for more escape rooms!

I went with 3 of my friends and did the spy mission. It was AMAZINg! Completely immersed into this world, we solved it and won. This is not an easy thing to accomplish, but its worth every penny. The staff is amazing, and were just as into it as I was. I am looking forward to seeing there next two missions.

This is one of the best puzzles rooms around. They really work on making it a great experience rather than a challenging puzzle. So, while the puzzles were challenging we never had that stalled out feeling of «well, what do we do now…». Bonus points for allowing kids (we had a 7 and a 13 year old) and making them feel included. We will definitely be back.

We went with a diverse age group, four adults and three 11 year olds, and we all had a blast. One of the kids said in the car later, «that was the most fun thing Ive done in my entire life. Ever.» Anyone with an 11 year old knows they can be the biggest critic so thats saying something. I loved how it was engaging and challenging enough for just adults, though there were some things that the kids could help with and even excel at throughout so they felt super engaged too.

So awesome! Our group of 10 had an amazing time. Extremely well done. Love the cohesiveness of the puzzles at Perplexium. It’s so well thought out and technically advanced. We went as a fun activity for my boyfriend’s birthday and had a blast, but this would definitely also be a great team building activity/​leadership retreat because of all the tasks and teamwork required to solve the puzzles. Can’t wait for the new rooms. Will definitely be coming back!
