I always put myself in my client’s shoes and understand this is one of the most important purchases that most people make. My goal is to take the stress out of buying or selling and to make the transaction fun. My take on helping clients find the right home is to look at the big picture. Established in 2005.

I have lived in Austin for 15 years and have been selling Real Estate for the past 4 years. I have been nominated by the Austin Business Journal for the past 4 years for being a top realtor in Austin. I have a bachelor’s degree in Finance and was once a licensed stock broker. My knowledge of Austin, Finance background, and tough negotiating skills give me the unique ability to be the complete package when you are making such a huge purchase.

Patrick represented me, along with my co-​owner, as both a seller’s and buyer’s agent. He did his homework on the comps for our area on the sale and sent us daily reports on the houses we were competing with to show us what the market was doing. He listened and directed me to a community that checked off my «most haves» for my new home. It wasn’t easy working with 2 individual sellers and buyers who had different wants for their next home. Patrick was professional and kept us both in the loop… he scheduled a weekly conference call until the sale so we could discuss our showings and the market trends. I appreciate all he did to get us to closing on our sale with a price that made us smile.

Working with Patrick Eitel as our realtor was by far the best part of our house-​buying process. My husband and I found Patrick to be professional, experienced and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Austin real estate market. I don’t normally post reviews on Unilocal,but Patrick is absolutely worth it to endorse. My wife and I used Patrick to buy our house in the summer of 2008 when we moved to Austin. We had a horrible experience with our real estate agent in Nashville (the one who was selling our house), and it was great to have a refreshing experience with Patrick where we saw how great a realtor could be.
It was clear from the onset that Patrick was always looking out for our best interests, and that he is extremely knowledgable. He also is very patient. We had come in for a 4 day weekend to try to find a house and must have gone to over 35 different houses in that time. Patrick gave us the exact words of encouragement that we needed anytime we were starting to get down. He also was great at understanding what we were looking for very quickly. After a few houses, he was able to quickly go in to a house with us and he knew right away whether we would like it or not. That made the process significantly easier!
We also appreciated Patrick’s mindset of making sure that you are making a good investment in addition to finding a great home. That attitude helped us know that we did get a good deal on our house, and the guidance that Patrick provided was always appreciated.
Patrick is a great person and a great Realtor. I have recommended him to others, and will continue to do so. We’ve seen how bad a Realtor can be, and feel extremely fortunate to have found and used Patrick. We always trusted him, and continue to. Plus, something that we learned to really appreciate was his proactiveness. That is a quality that many Realtors lack, and Patrick has it to spare. I can’t recommend Patrick highly enough! Back in 2005, he found my perfect house. He searched tirelessly and quickly developed an sense of exactly what I wanted which wasn’t easy.
At that point, houses in Austin moved quickly, often getting multiple offers immediately. He made sure I saw everything I was interested in and made offers on several houses, some of which had multiple offers. In one case, the seller & their «real pro» suddenly realized they’d made an «error» on the listing price… Patrick never let that slip by calling every week to see if they’d return to the original price. (they never did)
After about a month, he called saying he’d found my house. He insisted I see it immediately as it was going on the market the following day. And he was right, the house had every element I’d searched for. He made sure to get every bit of the contract squared away and got the best possible deal on my dream house. It was a totally smooth, stress free transaction!
Patrick still helps out when I need it… from contractors to electricians (and anything else I need), I know I can call or email and he’ll give me the info for someone who’ll do good, honest work. Recently, in a brief conversation, he quickly diagnosed and gave me an easy DIY fix for a home issue that would’ve cost hundreds! How’s that for service?
I recommend him to every friend looking for a house and I know who I’ll use when I want to sell and find another great home!
