Brad was extremely helpful and polite and efficient with me and everybody else that came into the store. I was there to get something notarized and it was very easy and inexpensive.

Great place for everything from packaging and shipping to stamps and notary. If you’re looking to an easy-​going place that is incredible helpful you should stop by. Skip the lines at larger chain stores and support local in 78 757!

Was in need of notary public services and decided to check them out. They’re easy to find, right next to Zen. No wait, the guy behind the counter took care of everything very quickly. Price was cheap and I was out the door as fast as I came in. He even offered to mail out my forms for me! All in all, great service

Edit — The store manager replied below, so I feel compelled to respond to his assertion that my Military ID was issued in 2002, and somehow, it was grounds for refusing me a simple service. That is incorrect. My ID was issued in 1998 the day after I retired from a twenty year career. For the record, Sir, There is no expiration date on a retired military ID card. The license I handed you initially WAS expired. THAT was the second reason I needed notarization. I’m re-​instating my license after 5 years. Which I explained to the manager. HE stated he was «not comfortable» notarizing the docs based on the ID I provided. When I protested and pointed out that my Mil ID was current, he argued that it was «issued in 2002», as if that somehow made him right.
Wrong Sir. I was humiliated by you, and should not have been. Not as a paying customer, and certainly not as an identified veteran. Based on my experience, I’m filing a complaint with the Texas Secretary of State.
He also asserted that I was not refused service. I was. He stated plainly «I’m not comfortable with your identification». So what? Was he still going to notarize my stuff? Nope. That is refusal of service.
He also made the assertion there were customers in the store. There were not. The only other person in the store was behind the counter when I walked in. So was it a co-​worker? Or maybe a friend just hanging out with you?
Lastly, there were no numerous F-«Bombs». There was ONE F-​Bomb, accompanied by my middle finger as I walked out (for the last time EVER) their door.

Never will I ever step foot into this Pak Mail again. I needed something notarized this morning, so went to Pak Mail on Anderson Lane. Put up the docs to be notarized and handed the «gentleman» behind the counter my retired military ID Card as proof of who I was.
He refused to Notarize my documents on the grounds that my retired US Military ID card was issued in 1998. 1998 is the year I retired.
It has an indefinite expiration date.
After explaining that this was an emergency and that my son in Boston needed the notarized docs to get an apartment (I was co-​signing), the «gentleman» still refused.
As a retired member of the US military, I haven’t been insulted like this in quite some time. What’s more, the «gentleman» who refused me service seemed to enjoy denying me the notary service I requested.
Adiós Pak Mail. I will NEVER use your services again. Ever.

Took a quick hop down to the Far West UPS Store where they were happy to assist a vet, and thanked me for my service as well.
I encourage all my veteran friends to avoid this Pak Mail. They are discriminating against the very people who gave them the freedom to discriminate.

Tried to mail out a package and was quoted $ 14.48 for standard ground. Took the same package an hour later to the USPS office by my house and paid $ 7.01 for standard ground.

I do a lot of bulk photocopying and mailing/​UPS in my work and have used Office Depot, Staples, the UPS Store, etc., and I can say, hands down, that the best, friendliest service I have had is at this Pak Mail. The owners run the location, do the copying and mailing, etc., themselves, and they are super smart, friendly, and capable. They bend over backward to get done what needs doing.

I go to Pak Mail whenever I need something shipped. SUCH a pleasant experience over standing in line at the post office or UPS. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and find the best way to pack my items if I haven’t already. They will search all the major carriers to get you the best price for your shipping needs.

I came into Pak Mail today with something very precious that I needed to send. The couple working there was incredibly friendly and helped me as if the item I was shipping was their own. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The little shop was also well stocked with supplies. I have definitely found my neighborhood shipping/​packing store!

I’ve been a customer at this Pak Mail location for three years, and I love it. The guys are always friendly and helpful, and they take good care of whatever I need to ship. And the one and only time they made a mistake and I asked for a refund, I got it, no questions asked, no hassle. I was honestly shocked — not because I didn’t expect it from them, but because customer service at most retail establishments is so cruddy, I’ve been conditioned to expect the worst. But I know I can always expect the best here.
The only way I would ever stop coming here is if I moved so far away that it was no longer economical in terms of gas and time. I’m so happy with the service, and plan to keep going here as long as I live in 78 757.

I stopped in on new years eve I believe it was, although the hours didn’t express that they should be closed at the time they were closed. Either way a nice guy came to the door and let me drop off my package, now that’s customer service!

I have used this Pak Mail a couple of times now. They are always so helpful. When sending packages they always give me my options of mailing services. Always very helpful and great customer service!

In addition to having to drop off my package in the middle of the argument that Joe the owner/​manager and his wife were having in the middle of the store they then proceeded to loose my package entirely. Joe even said he remembered taking possession of the package AND acknowledging that FedEx said they never received possession of it yet he refused to refund the $ 60 value of the package or FedEx costs sighting that since he is ‘merely a FedEx drop off point’ and has no responsibility in the matter. I recommend using a different packaging store due to very poor service and lack of willingness to operate in good faith.

Ah Christmas — ’tis the season to wait in line, recive no customer service and get frustrated, but the boys at Pak Mail saved my heinie not once but twice!
I took in my package to be delivered, they not only showed me a better way to package it that would be cheaper (!) but then when I sadly misplaced my tarcking number, they looked me up and hooked me up! Package arrived, money saved, crisis averted.
