Definitely five stars here. The best auto repair shop in Austin — Casis Shell — recommended this place, and it lived up to its billing. Great deal — that was most important. Glad that I had my car fixed here.

I had a wonderful experience at this shop. The owner Jerry quotes you a far and honest price and goes over every aspect of what your getting with your service. He makes you feel comfortable and that your going to be taken care of at all cost. I had my 2000 SVT Ford Lightning painted there and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He stoke the deadline he gave me and kept me in the loop the whole time. A couple of weeks after the completion of my vehicle I noticed a discrepancy in a small area of my fiber glass flatbed cover that was painted. So I took it back to Jerry and his reply was «I am so sorry this happened to you, don’t worry though we can totally take care of this issue». Most owners I have encountered would have made excuses or even try to blame a problem on the customer but not Pacific Customs. He repainted my whole flatbed with no short cuts taken. That’s great customer service. All of the employees are nice and knowledgeable. I have taken my truck back numerous times now and will continue to do so.

I have had several cars fixed and high end cars customized here… I live pretty far away, but it’s worth the drive… actually the last car, they picked up and towed there for a very reasonable rate. I can’t say enough good about this place. I wish more people had their work ethic and integrity… They are currently doing a mild restore on a classic for me and I can’t wait to get it back. I trust them for everything from a ding to complete restore… great work guys.

These guys have done work on both of our cars. Izzy and his team work fast and are very friendly. They are dependable and trustworthy — i highly recommend them.

Again, Pacific has helped me with my car. This time was some preventative maintenance before a road trip. I took my car there and I picked it up the same day. The issue was repaired and my car runs great and all at a reasonable price. Thanks again to Jerry and his staff.
