History

Established in 2010.

In 2010, Michael David Garcia was inspired while teaching a close friend’s children how to play drums and guitar and decided to open Out of this World Music School. In a short time, the school grew in the way of both teachers and students, enabling the goal of giving more people the joy of a musical education.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Michael has almost 20 years of performance experience, including numerous bands, worship and drum corp performances. Born and raised in Austin, he began performing at a young age and played his first show on 6^th Street at the age of 15. Performing led to other crafts, including recording at a studio in Georgetown, TX from 2005 – 2009. In 2010, Michael founded Out of this World Music School in Pflugerville, TX. With a reputation for outstanding recitals and achievement in music, the school soon expanded to two locations and includes some of the best teachers this world has to offer.

Reema is the brain child behind the unique atmosphere at Out of this World Music School. Her creativity and knack for interior design has lead to such creations as an indoor tee-​pee and a life-​size staff-​line music wall dedicated to John Lennon’s Imagine.
