Highly disorganized office. My records had not been requested before my visit, I was left waiting for 30 minutes on the doctor, and they couldn’t take card payments or print receipts because their system was down. I paid in cash, and was sent a bill a month later saying I hadn’t paid. The finance manager said that without a handwritten receipt I would have to pay AGAIN!
They clearly care less about their patients and more about their bank accounts. I feel cheated by this office, and would not recommend them to anyone.
