Specialties

Local seasonal Kimchis and Korean side dishes handmade in Austin by the Lunde family and co. Inspired by Korean traditions, family recipes, and you!

History

Established in 2013.

After working at Johnson’s Backyard Garden in east Austin for a couple of years. Abigail and Duane Lunde were encouraged by several supporters throughout the local community to start up something of a food enterprise.

As a half Korean– American Abigail Lunde has close ties with this ethnic food. With the help of her amazing mother Jenny Long (who was taught by her mother in Korea) the family and friends are now bringing to the U. S the wonderful health food that is Kimchi. Using authentic processes and recipes that will blow your minds!

We love that Austin is such an important hub for so many knowledgeable foodies! As we go on we are always coming up with creative ways to increase sustainability as a business. Meaning buying ALL THINGS local, and fresh. Even everyday supplies are bought at local small businesses in our area. We source the vegetables from our local farmer’s to ensure peak nutritional value and freshness!
