John Ogden the owner of Ogden Restaurant Equipment Inc (512)673−2021 (512)444−3669 was removing some equipment from my girlfriends place of work and backed into her car with his truck. He was preparing to drive away when some people stopped him and notified her. She met with him and he assure her he would pay for the damages. She asked for his auto insurance but he assured her he would pay for the damages out of pocket. He asked her to take it to his friends body shop for a estimate which she did. The estimate from Don’s Body Shop is for $ 546.37. He is now refusing to give her the money for the repairs. We want to take her car to our own preferred body shop to have these repairs done.
We would like for Mr Ogden to give her $ 546.37 or his insurance information so that we can take her car to our own preferred body shop to have these repairs done.
