I couldn’t believe how great of an experience I had, seriously. Tony was so knowledgeable about everything and Mike in finance was brilliant. Even the director of finance was humble and kind. Thank you for giving me such a great first time car buying experience. Y’all rock!

Service Department.
I have been trying to get my car fixed for a while now and have taken it to several repair shops without any luck. I decided to bring it here to the dealership, where service is more expensive, figuring I would get what I paid for rather than the continuous mistakes and run around at other repair shops. I was wrong. They also failed to listen to what I said was wrong with my vehicle, which centers around the AC causing my car to run rough and eventually it began stalling while driving. They looked it over, told me they found the issue and it would cost me close to $ 1000 to repair. I went ahead with the repair since I was told it would fix my issue. When I picked up my car I asked if I would be able to drive it like normal now while using AC, heater, whatever. I was told yes it’s all fixed and I had a 2 year warranty on the service and parts. Now, about a month later my car is running rough and stalling while idling whenever the AC is on again. So I take my car back to discuss. Given the same run around I have been getting from other repair shops, told it would cost me more money to LOOK at this issue because now it’s dealing with the AC and it wasn’t that before (yes, it was, that’s what I mentioned in the beginning). While I was here I needed my oil changed and state inspection done. It took some arguing about the issue before they agreed not to charge me for looking at my car again and then I was called and informed that it would cost $ 800+ to fix the issue with the AC, plus there was a laundry list of other things to get my car back to tip top condition that would cost $ 3000+ altogether. I said I didn’t want to put any more money into this car, it’s not worth that much, and if they had found all of this in the beginning I would have bought a brand new vehicle instead of trying to repair this one in the first place. I said I would pick up my car the next day and pay for the oil change and state inspection. Went to get my car the next day and was informed that it didn’t pass inspection because the brake light at the very top of my car was out and my windshield wipers were torn. I have been told for several years that the top brake light will not cause you to fail inspections and that wipers torn less than a total of 1″ will not cause you to fail inspection. So now I figure these guys are just being difficult and making my life harder because they can. I’m upset, but I’m still nice and ask if my car’s windshield wiper fluid and other fluids were refilled during the oil change, I am told yes all fluids were checked and filled as per oil change standards. So I pay for my oil change and wait over 10 minutes for them to bring me my car, which I can see from where I’m standing in the lot. I stood there long enough that another associate asked me if I needed help. I said I was waiting for my car that’s right there and that one of those people has my keys and keeps pressing the lock button, I don’t know why they’re not bringing my car around. He gave me some excuse about that person thinking my car was in back, I just said ok because I didn’t want to argue anymore. Obviously my car is right here and they’re pressing the button and can hear the honk right there so they know it’s not in back, they’re just taking their time and talking with someone else right now.
Then I take my car to a Sticker Stop and ask them about brake lights and windshield wipers, they tell me what I’ve been told for years so I ask them to do my state inspection. Yeah, I passed state inspection. The guys at the Sticker Stop even said that my top brake light was working fine. Really?!? Wow.
Then today I try to clean my windshield while driving home from work, NO WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID. So I will be going in to let them know about this and explain how upset I am. Then I’ll take my car to yet another repair shop just to double check this obviously poor service I had done to my vehicle at this dealership service department.

I’m not going to get to detail on this review until I either get the 2^nd set of keys that the first owner ‘I’m told“May have forgot?” Amanda my sales person really redeemed herself from day one with great service. But before I give it 5 stars and tell you to buy your car at Nyle Maxwell„ I want them to deliver a second key to me as Amanda said she would follow up or pay me to order one. Pretty simple not demanding much. Stay tuned for the follow up review on how it went down and my praise for the mysterious MR. B in finance!

Awesome dealership with great people! They went above and beyond to make the buying process easy, quick, and exciting! I was super hesitant to start the wrangler buying process but they were absolutely fantastic. You always hear about how shady car salesmen are but they couldn’t be farther from that. Lauren Jones (AKA LJ) and JT got me the wrangler I have always wanted for a ridiculously great price. If you are interested in a JEEP, Dodge, RAM, or Chrysler vehicle I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Ask for LJ and she will go above and beyond. Thank you again!

Buying a car is never a good experience. They always have the upper hand and never fill you in on anything which enables them to get the better deal over you. That said, at least you can have an enjoyable experience with your sales person. Charles Black was refreshing to work with. Although I can see their «training» starting to poke through, his personality is still superior and made buying a car as enjoyable as it could be.

I came in to Nyle Maxwell with a gleam of a Jeep Grand Cherokee in my eye. I left in a little under an hour in a weekend long test drive. I came back on Monday and was in and out in a tad under 3 hours… ooof BUT purchasing a car is a long process. Seriously, this place is fab. The customer service is amazing and they continue to go above and beyond for us i. e extra detailing and service work. I had a great experience with every staff member (LJ my lovely sales ninja, Nick the head honcho, and Mike in finance) and I couldn’t recommend them higher. Are they a business? Yes. Will there be bumps and bruises due to the fact they are human? Yes. Will they do the best they can for their customers? YES!
I couldn’t be more pleased and I am in L O V E with my new Grand Cherokee. Thanks for everything!:)

Happy my daughter bought a new car yesterday. Thank you this car has been great about to come back for a complete detailing and inspection.

I purchased a barely used Nissan Frontier from Nyle Maxwell. We ended up having a dirty title on our trade in vehicle that caused lots of problems. My sales agent Russell Campbell and Ken with finance were patient and great.
I would purchase another vehicle from Nyle Maxwell.

My new Jeep Grand Cherokee was collecting water underneath the floorboard. I took it into the service center and they told me that the sunroof wasn’t draining rain correctly and needed to be replaced. Before handing the car over and paying through the nose for a new sunroof, I had a local mechanic check it out. She inspected the jeep for 15 minutes and told me the AC condensation drain was disconnected. I paid her $ 50. They deliberately lied and/​or guessed that I needed to install a brand new sunroof. Yikes.

I took my 05 liberty in for a recall back in the spring. Made the appt a few weeks in advance. I said I also needed a new key fob. The lady making my appt then said she verified that they had the part for the recall and I was all set.
Drop off jeep. Get a call it’s all done. Go to pick up later and the gentlemen at the service desk says it’s all good and to go pay at another desk. The lady at this desk says something like ok the key comes in later. I said what are you talking about? She calls the service guy back over and he then explains oh ya… We’re back ordered on that I will call you when it comes in. (Why didn’t the scheduler check this ?) Ok, 3 months later no call. So I call them back and another guy is telling me it won’t be in until September. It’s now December and I have not heard back at all. I get that this is a small item and not a major repair. But it’s still poor customer service. I explained all of this in the «feedback» email I got and did not receive any response from that either.

This dealership is horrible! Do not trust them with your car or your possessions!
Took my current vehicle for appraisal on 11/​23/​2015 and it was involved in an accident with a tow truck (Denver Towing) while in their possession on their lot! Nyle Maxwell was responsible as they had the keys but they were unapologetic and showed no signs of empathy for a car with zero scratches or previous damage. The sales manager, JT Carter, was supposed to call me directly but never even bothered.
Luckily tow truck driver stopped and gave insurance information, but now my vehicle now has a carfax record because of these jerks. They downplayed the entire incident by saying «it was only a little paint rubbed off…» but I would love to see their reaction if it was there car that got «rubbed».
To add insult to injury, they also stole a pair of Wireless Beats Headphones I left in the center console. Sure, my fault for trusting theses scumbags and leaving them in the car…
Because of their lack of empathy, respect, and just common decency I purchase my new vehicle somewhere else and I highly suggest you do the same.

I’ll start by saying that this is the first new car I’ve purchased completely on my own and I have to say this was worst experience I’ve ever had. I felt as if I’ve been taken advantage of due to my age and lack of car buying experience.
I purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger SXT with the Rallye package. Everything seemed good on the car, but after purchasing it I noticed that the passenger door was out of allignment, someone had what I can imagine was motor oil on their hands and stained the internal plastic trim with it, there’s a scratch on the front fascia (which I noticed as soon as they pulled it out of their detailing area and pointed out to Andrew Deorian, my sales associate), there were small rust stains all over paint job on the car, there are multiple creaks and rattles coming from the both front doors, the back passenger door located behind the driver side, rattles coming from the dash near the speakers, creaking coming from the radio unit plastics, rattles coming from the seat belt column on the driver side, creaking coming from the passenger seat when a passenger is in the seat while taking turns… I have 5000 miles on this car and the 2011 Chevy Cruze I traded in with 60,000 miles had less issues than this «Brand New» car that cost over $ 30,000.
Look, I get it, even brand new cars have issues. We live in an industry where things aren’t built perfectly year round, but what you take away from this type of experience is how the dealership handles it’s customers issues and how they proceed to resolve them. This is where I can honestly say that I’m completely disgusted by this dealership and how they treat New Customers purchasing New Vehicles.
I live in South Austin, so it’s a bit of a trek up to the Nyle Maxwell Supercenter. This dealership took every bit of advantage of me because they knew this fact. I let Andrew Deorian, my sales associate, know about the issues I was having, which included the scratch on the front fascia since he said he would take care of that with their paint specialist, and let him know about the other issues I was having. I brought the car in when it was convenient, dropped it off, got hooked up with a rental and handed them the keys after listing off over 8 issues on the vehicle that I noticed in the 3 – 4 week period that I owned the car. After a week of waiting and a few calls later, I picked up the car only to discover that they only resolved the door alignment issues (which is still not properly aligned given that the door makes a thumping noise when opened now) and they were going to order the plastic piece that was damaged by one of their people during their make ready process (this was the oil stained piece). To much of my dismay that did not fix any of the rattles, creaks, paint or the cabin’s internal liner issues that I listed off. At that point I was tired and just wanted my new car back.
A few days go by after this first repair shop visit with my new car and I just couldn’t let the issues slide. These things needed to be fixed and I wouldn’t except no as an answer. After speaking with Robert Walker, who mind you a few days earlier sent me an email asking for my review on the dealership so that they can look good for Chrysler, which I came back with and said «I’ll be happy to leave a good review if we can get the issues with my car fixed»…he did not message me back. Back to what I was saying before, I spoke to Robert about my experience and how the repair shop did not fix my vehicles issues and he came back with «I’ll need to speak with my service manager». After waiting a few hours, I had to call Robert Walker and after reaching him and speaking to him about the situation, he didn’t blatantly say this, but might as well have said «you’re out of luck». I mentioned to Robert that as a new customer, I would hope that the dealership would take care of me, but this was not the case.
To wrap up this long and drawn out review I will stop by saying that I called the dealership over 15 times during the first month of owning this car and left multiple voicemails with both the sales manager, the service manager and the General Manager and the issues I have with the car have still not been resolved to this day. I will absolutely go about contacting the BBB about this dealership in hopes of getting these things resolved because I feel that this review will get ignored considering how many times I’ve already reached out for help from the Nyle Maxwell Supercenter.
PS. If you are a member of USAA, PLEASE look at the deals they offer thoroughly. Nyle Maxwell will bait and switch considering that they tried to do the same thing to me. They had $ 1000 off on a few Dodge vehicles, including the Charger, and they tried to tell me that only the Challenger was covered. When I got to finance, they didn’t include this $ 1000 off the total cost. Instead they added $ 1000 to my trade. They will bait and switch you like no other. Shady, shady, shady dealership.

I bought my Jeep Wrangler from here this weekend and I feel like I work there I was there so long. 4.5 hrs on Wednesday, at least 3.5 hours of that time was spent WAITING.
Another 2.5 hours on Saturday just to pick up the car mostly spent WAITING. They have more sales people than you can count — maybe they should convert some of them into back office, admin and finance to improve efficiency.
I did get a good price (otherwise it’d be 1 star) but I’d almost rather have paid more to get all these hours of my life back.
Can’t wait to wait around some more when I need a service (which is free because they neglected to tell me my ‘new’ car had done 800 miles already, otherwise I’d go elsewhere).

I had the worse customer service experience here when I was dropping off my truck for a safety recall. Chris (I think that was his name — he never introduced himself) was rude, accusing, and not helpful in finding solutions. I was considering trading in my truck for a newer model, but if this is they type of team members that Nyle Maxwell employs, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I feel the need to give them two stars because they didn’t completely suck, just mostly sucked. Thank goodness for Chris in service, without him, Im sure I would have gone postal, and given them a 1 star review.
End result they had my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 12 days.
After four days of me calling, and them having no idea what was wrong with my car, I was finally told that my car was 2^nd in line. 3 days later (now a total of a week,) I was given the okay to get a rental car, but I would have to drive to Cedar Park, because they had given out all of their loaner vehicles AND their rental car lot was sold out…
The first, second, third, and fourth thing they looked at still didn’t fix the problem. Then on the 12^th day, they determined I needed a new battery. Once I pick up my vehicle, I was told that the extended warranty wasn’t going to cover some of the work they performed (which was contrary to what i was initially told.)
A couple hours later, after I drop off my rental car, I get a call from Hertz; 4 out of the 5 days I had the rental car were not going to be paid. The reason from the Warranty Company, Maxwell should have completed the job the same day. Fast forward 4 days later, the Service Manger refuses to call me back and is never around when I call to follow up. They outright refuse to resolve the issue and refund the money I had to pay due to their incompetence.
Terrible. Downright Despicable. Pray that I will never have to work with such unethical people ever again.

I hate buying cars. I mean, it’s never been an enjoyable experience. I came in a bought my Jeep Cherokee from these guys and my sales person was wonderful. Trey took care of us, laughed at my dad’s awful jokes, and was patient with my princess demands of ‘I wont drive a white car’. The sales process went flawlessly and I drove home with my Jeep that day. My finance guy Justin was a hoot too. He broke down every part of my contract for me, told me what to expect, and walked me through the paperwork of it all.
My complaint, and Nyle Maxwell needs to improve on this, Where’s the waiting area? One sofa with a single popcorn machine and big TV doesn’t constitute as a waiting area. I also thought some of the staff was wildly unprofessional. I was sitting at the table while negotiating the price of my Jeep and there seemed to be a boys club meeting in the office next to me. You could tell theses weren’t the sales staff they were some of the managers cursing up a storm in front of customers. They were LOUD. Incredibly unprofessional.
Call me old fashioned but I feel like when you’re at work you’re a representation of that establishment and the product– act like it. It’s a place of business not a fraternity house. I would’ve given 5 stars had I not experienced that level of unprofessionalism.

Got a 2015 Jeep Wrangler unlimited and I can’t express how awesome the service was! I submitted my information online and was reached out by Amanda day and she was so professional and asked me what I’m looking for and said she would get back to me.
After a few hours she got back to me with exactly what I wanted and a great deal! We went to test drive it and it was great. Then when it came down to price she got us a great deal.
The service overall was great and Amanda was super helpful!!! I definitely will keep recommending people to her and get my future jeeps from her and here at nyle maxwell.

So, i figured I would let the Unilocal community know just what Nile Maxwell thinks of their clients. I never did get that call back, so I contacted them. The manager that told me he would be in touch «with in the hour» stated that it was «No Longer his issue and that the issue had gone to his manager» — I asked to be transferred to his manager, who was rude and basically, without saying it out loud, called me a liar. He stated that he talked to his manager and the sales rep (Brent) and that they gave him an entirely different story. OF COURSE they did! So something that would have cost the dealership NOTHING but a flash of my computer system is now damaging their reputation slowly.
Ive already sent Benny 3 different purchases and the guys love their new trucks. Also, I have informed my upper management to not purchase from ANY Nile Maxwell account. We, as a company have purchased 4 new vehicles for the company and they didnt come from a Maxwell Dealer, that I can promise.
My husband just became the General Manager for a heavy equipment company and will be buying new trucks from Benny Boyd. He has also informed the owners of that company and they are behind him 200%. We let EVERYONE know about the HORRIBLE Customer Service received. Hell — Im STILL waiting for my plates almost a month later, wonder if those will show or if im going to have to fight to get them… What a joke!

So far, I like this place.
I bought my car in Houston but have a built in service plan that doesn’t cost anything when I need an oil change.
They are quick to come out, set up the service and get it done.
Very happy with the professional demeanor of the service crew and the inside has nice waiting areas.
An actual kids area with toys and a Disney channel. That’s legit business right there.
